As a child, I experienced displacement, lived through the realities of conflict, and immigrated to Canada at the age of eleven. Those early experiences taught me lessons that would later shape my approach to leadership, resilience, and service. Today, I am grateful to serve Canada through Global Affairs Canada, lead one of Canada's largest PMI chapters as President of PMI-SWOC, contribute to healthcare philanthropy as a Hospital Foundation Board Director, and support the development of future leaders through education, volunteerism, and community engagement. Throughout this journey, I have learned that adversity does not define us—it can develop us. Here’s the way I’m starting to frame it: 🔹 ChatGPT – Creation & Speed This is where things begin. ChatGPT excels at generating content quickly—project plans, charters, stakeholder analysis, risk registers, and more. It’s about speed, consistency, and reducing manual effort. 🔹 Copilot – Analysis & Insight Once you have data, Copilot steps in. It helps analyze project information, build dashboards, and generate reports. This is where you move into understanding what’s happening in your project. 🔹 Predictive AI (e.g., PMInfinity) – Foresight & Decisions This is the next level. These tools focus on predicting risks, identifying issues before they happen, and optimizing decisions. It’s about what will happen—and what you should do about it.
