vivo X300 E is official with Zeiss-backed triple-rear cameras, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC

vivo’s latest X300 series phone has gone official in China. The vivo X300 E comes with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and features a Zeiss-backed triple-rear camera setup.

It sports a 6.59-inch OLED screen that offers a 1.5K resolution, up to 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. The handset also offers an under-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

The vivo X300 E is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out-of-the-box.

For photography, the smartphone offers a Zeiss-backed triple-rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide unit. At the front, the handset features a 50MP Samsung JN1 selfie camera with autofocus.

A 7,200mAh battery keeps the lights on and supports 90W wired fast charging. The phone offers stereo speakers and an IP69 rating.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 7, dual SIM 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and NFC. It also comes with an IR blaster.

The vivo X300 E is up to 7.99mm thick and 203 grams based on the color option. Talking about colors, it is available in Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Sunlight Orange shades.

As for pricing, the phone starts at CNY 4,799 ($710) for the 12GB/256GB variant, meanwhile the 12GB/512GB option is CNY 5,299 ($785).
