Samsung begins testing One UI 9 for three more Galaxy smartphones
Samsung has released Android 17-based One UI 9 beta updates for the Galaxy S26 series, and we know it's testing One UI 9 for the Galaxy S25 series and the unannounced Galaxy S26 FE. Now we learn the Korean brand has begun testing One UI 9 for three more smartphones - the Galaxy A17 5G, the Galaxy A34, and the Galaxy A57.

The One UI 9 build that Samsung is testing internally for the Galaxy A17 5G has firmware version A176BXXU5DZF1, while the One UI 9 builds for the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A57 have firmware versions A346BXXUFGZF1 and A576BXXU3BZF3, respectively.
It's unclear when Samsung will release One UI 9 beta for these smartphones, but we hope to see them rolled out in the coming weeks.

Regarding the official debut of One UI 9, Samsung previously said that its upcoming folding smartphones will be the first to run it out of the box.

Samsung is expected to unveil three folding smartphones this year - the Galaxy Z Flip8, the Galaxy Z Fold8, and the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra. Rumors claim they will be unveiled on July 22 at an event in London.

Agree. One generation is not worth upgrade, even if You can financialy let yourself make an upgrade. Noticable upgrades are made every + - 3 generations in most electronics, in my opinion..

You mean other Older more expensive, upper level S class phones? A series always was short support on paper or long long support, but quite unusable after more recent updates. My parents have A series and sister S series running same android version,...

Do not change phones, trust me. The S25 has a lot of upgrades so, you don't need to upgrade
