I'm still using it now even though it's already Redmi Note 15 series era and Xiaomi 17. No game app i installed but lot of productivity apps i installed. My phone has dropped many times, yes the back cracked everywhere but never changed the screen since it's okay. Once it fell into a bucket of water but nothing error on it and i can use it normally but lately only volume up and down is broken, the button is out from the body.

Eve... moreI have this device since june 2023, I compared it to the Redmi Note 11, 11 pro 12, 12 pro, 13, 13 pro, nothing to complain about the Note 10 pro, the only thing it can't do is stabilization in 4K. The super macro mode with its 5Mpixel sensor is really great. People are blinded by what they see on screen without even making a comparison. Manufacturers are regressing and raising prices.
The only thing I regret about the redmi note 10 pro is the battery and the finger print which sometimes goes a bit wrong

Looking back at this device in 2024, I realise that it is "premium" as they say. Even to this day, I still prefer this device to any other Xiaomi phone within it's price range. The only deal breaker for me though is that it has reached its end for security updates so it's meaningless purchasing this device now

I guess that "Ultra" and "Premium" just mean where're the ultrawide and the main camera at the back respectively. A poser, yep, as theat telephoto is among the best that phone has to offer instead of the crappy 2MP/5MP macro lenses, even if in the latter the sensor is probably the same, the later Redmi Note series got instead.

Don't ever think of buying this phone. My phone's motherboard have been replaced in last October 2022. Now again my phone is fully dead and service center informed me to replace the motherboard again 🙄

Anonymous, 09 Nov 2022Try factory data resetsame..my phone's front cam isnt working now...and just two days ago, I had a freeze logo issue that cant be fixed even after wiping data..The technician tried to reprogram it, but still failed to fix it, and then told me the problem might be in its motherboard which I know is expensive to replace. The phone was bought alsonin 2021. After experiencing the front cam issue, I started to search for forums/ reviews online, and found out that this unit has so many issues. 😭😭😭 btw, from Laguna here, but bought the phone outside the country.
