With the Google Pixel 11 launch just a week away, the Made by Google community has been steadily teasing the upcoming devices, and the latest teaser spotlights the ultra-premium Pixel 11 Pro Fold. The company has already teased the Pixel 11 Pro with the Pixel Glow feature, and now we have our first official look at the upcoming foldable Pixel smartphone.
Google has shared a teaser for the Pixel 11 Pro Fold on its official Made by Google social media handle. The teaser does not reveal much; instead, it shows a silhouette of the device, offering a brief glimpse of the Pixel 11 Pro Fold’s design and inner display. As per the leaks, Pine is one of the color options for the foldable, and Google uses the Pine color in the video for the phone’s branding.
In the teaser, Google has marketed the Pixel 11 Pro Fold with the tagline: “To switch phones, you have to be open to what’s new. And to what opens.” While the silhouette does not offer the clearest look at the design, recent leaks have confirmed that the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will also feature Pixel Glow, housed within the camera module.
As per the leaks, the Pixel 11 Pro Fold will feature an 8-inch inner display, and the device will be powered by Gemini Intelligence for built-in AI tasks. An image dedicated to Gemini Intelligence also demonstrates its functionality. The phone will be powered by Google’s Tensor G6 chipset and pack a 4,800mAh battery. It will also feature the anticipated Pixel Glow feature on the back.
Google has confirmed that it will start taking pre-orders for the Pixel 11 series on August 12. The tech giant has also offered some discounts and coupons to those who register before August 7 at 11:59 PM PT. The special promo code can be used by August 27 at 11:59 PM PT.
