Twelve inches is the Xpad 20 Pro’s whole mood: a 1200 x 2000 IPS LCD at 90Hz on a 6.6mm aluminum sandwich (glass front, aluminum frame, aluminum back) that weighs about 545g. Stylus support is there for notes and sketches, even if this older Pro cut sits on Android 15 rather than the newer XOS 16 tablets.
Color choice is simple: Titanium Grey or Mist Blue. There is no fingerprint sensor on the source’s sheet, so unlocking is PIN, pattern, or face-style software habits. A Helio G100 Ultimate, up to 8GB of RAM with 128GB or 256GB UFS 2.2 storage, microSD expansion, and stereo speakers make it a media and homework slate more than a thin productivity flagship.

For display, XPad 20 Pro comes with a 12.0 inches IPS LCD display screen, 90Hz maximum screen refresh rate with a resolution of 1200 x 2000 pixels and flaunting roughly 194 in pixel density.
The device uses Mediatek Helio G100 Ultimate (6 nm) chipset with Octa-core (2×2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and Mali-G57 MC2 GPU for smooth performance. Infinix XPad 20 Pro boots the Android 15 on board.
Infinix XPad 20 Pro was launched in 4GB and 8GB – UFS 2.2 RAM models with 128GB or 256GB of space for internal storage purposes. You’ll get a microSD card slot for additional storage expansion if needed.
Camera
Both the 8MP rear and 5MP front cameras record up to 1440p at 30fps or 1080p at 30fps. That covers lesson recordings, video calls, and quick scans without selling a creator kit.
Still photography is an 8MP autofocus rear with LED flash and panorama, plus a basic 5MP selfie cam. Useful for documents and group calls; leave serious photography to a phone.
Battery
An 8,000mAh pack with 18W wired charging and reverse wired charging favors long streaming days over rapid top-ups. Plug in while you watch or study and the tablet stays out of your way.
XPad 20 Pro Price in Nigeria
the source lists the Xpad 20 Pro around 290 EUR, which lands near 435,000 Naira depending on the day’s rate. That is midrange tablet money in Nigeria: cheaper than premium Android pads, still a deliberate buy versus a big phone plus a cheap fire tablet.
Alternatives
The newer Xpad 30 Pro trims the screen to 11 inches but brings Android 16, a sharper 1600 x 2560 panel, and Helio G200 Ultimate silicon. If you would rather carry a phone, any Note 60 sibling covers pocket media. Shop both Xpads if screen size versus software freshness is the deciding trade.
