✨Throwback Thursday to ACHE Congress with Kiersten Bahr, MHA & co-fellow Morgan Kofoid ✨ One of the sessions that left a lasting impact for Kiersten explored imposter syndrome, an experience many emerging leaders quietly navigate. A powerful takeaway was learning when to sit at the table and when to thoughtfully step away. The session highlighted the importance of claiming space with confidence, recognizing when a voice is needed, and understanding that stepping back can be an act of wisdom, not insecurity. Kiersten and our fellows are grateful for the meaningful conversations, personal growth, and leadership lessons that continue to shape their journey💫 #ThrowbackThursday #ACHECongress #LeadershipDevelopment #EmergingLeaders #ImposterSyndrome #WomenInLeadership #HealthcareLeadership #ProfessionalGrowth Trinity Health MercyOne American College of Healthcare Executives AAHAM - The American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management Association of University Programs in Health Administration (AUPHA) National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL)
