Yesterday our Michigan Trinity Health FirstChoice Operations team got together in person for our annual retreat—and it was a great day! ⭐ We stepped away from our normal day-to-day, to focus on “Aligning for the Climb.” It gave us time to look back on the challenges we’ve worked through and get ready—both individually and as a team—for what’s ahead. It was a great reset to connect and focus on what matters most. The day included: - Getting to know each other better and strengthening connections - Celebrating wins and recognizing each other - Reflecting on priorities, what's ahead & how we move forward together - A team working session to deep dive into our onboarding processes—talking through ways to improve efficiency, communication, and overall experience for everyone involved.
