A major milestone is on the horizon — DOD365 Integrated Phone System is nearing 2 MILLION active users across the United States Department of War. As part of the Defense Enterprise Office Solution portfolio, DIPS continues to deliver scalable, mission-ready communication transforming the IL5 Teams client into a soft phone that seamlessly connects to commercial and DSN networks. With 1.95M+ numbers already delivered, a recent deployment push to the US Army and United States Air Force propelled DIPS past the 2M milestone, surpassing 2.1M numbers rolled out to the DoW and adding value on a daily basis. But the impact goes far beyond the numbers. Through DEOS, DIPS is enabling: 🔹Enterprise-wide availability across 30 organizations and 11 tenants — connecting warfighters and strengthening mission execution 🔹Modern enterprise-grade communication capabilities via Microsoft Teams, including Auto Attendants and Call Queues 🔹Expanded access, providing unclassified voice capabilities to users from any location with a network connection 🔹Operational efficiency, improving how the department allocates and utilizes communication resources at scale and reducing the burden of costly desk phones 🔹 Global Connectivity and Flexible toolsets supporting: 🔹 Commercial calls in support of mission needs 🔹 DSN-enabled communication across tenants 🔹 Help desks and service lines through CQ/AA deployments 🔹 Informational lines, e.g., pre-recorded messaging for weather closures and return-to-work guidance This milestone underscores how DEOS and DIPS are transforming communication at scale — delivering secure, integrated solutions that strengthen how DoW connects, collaborates and executes its mission.
