Quick question, does anyone know a tool to 1) register attendance for participants, and 2) to do an interactive quiz? Wait... Never mind! I'll build it myself. Some context: For a workshop, I wanted two things in one place. First, an easy way to register attendance. Without printed lists or signatures. Second, a simple icebreaker. A few quick questions at the start of the workshop. Then the answers show up live in a word cloud or short survey, which I can show to the participants. I know there are already tools for this. But in this case, it was quicker to vibe code one myself. Faster than searching, comparing, making an account, adding payment details, and learning a new platform. What I find interesting is not just the tool itself. It is how easy it has become to build small, practical solutions for a specific use case (e.g. class or workshop). Any way, this tool could also be useful for lecturers, trainers, and workshop facilitators. Here is the tool: https://lnkd.in/e2hWZpkJ It's free!

There's a difference between a course and a slideshow. A slideshow presents information. A course changes behaviour. A slideshow has "Next" buttons. A course has decision points. A slideshow tests recall. A course tests judgement. A slideshow is forgotten by Friday. A course is remembered because it felt real. We build the second kind. Every course we create starts with a storyboard — not a template. We write scenarios where learners make decisions and see consequences. We design assessments that test whether someone can actually do the thing, not just recognise the right answer. And we test every course in SCORM Cloud before it ever touches your LMS. If your team needs a course that actually works, not just one that technically exists — that's what we do. usevollume.com #CustomElearning #CorporateTraining #LearningDesign #InstructionalDesign #Elearning

Why I Started Learning Cloud Computing as the Founder of BrainBox Academy Founders must keep learning. A company can only grow as far as the knowledge of the person leading it. Recently, I began studying Cloud Computing and DevOps with the TechCrush Cohort. This step is not just about personal development. It is a strategic move for the future of BrainBox Academy. BrainBox Academy was created to solve a real problem in the tech ecosystem. Many people learn digital skills, but very few are prepared for the real systems companies operate today. Modern organizations run on cloud infrastructure. Products are deployed on platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, while teams manage applications through automation, monitoring systems, and DevOps workflows. If we want talent and founders to compete globally, our learning systems must reflect how modern technology companies actually operate. That is why learning cloud computing matters for the future of BrainBox Academy. Understanding cloud systems will help us strengthen how we design our programs and support technology talent. It allows us to build clearer pathways from learning → execution → real-world opportunities. My vision is simple. Build BrainBox Academy into a platform that prepares people and startups for the future of work — where technology, systems, and practical skills meet real opportunity. And that journey continues with the TechCrush #CloudComputing #DevOps #TechEcosystem #StartupFounders #FutureOfWork #BrainBoxAcademy #TechCrushCohort

Online education has gone mainstream. But success requires more than uploading videos to YouTube. 🎓 Professional e-learning platforms need: → Course organization (modules, lessons, prerequisites) → Progress tracking (completion, certificates) → Interactive elements (quizzes, discussions) → Flexible monetization (subscriptions, course purchases) → Mobile accessibility (learn anywhere) Video length sweet spot? 6-12 minutes per lesson. Bamboo Cloud provides the foundation for professional e-learning—branded, scalable, and built for how people actually learn. 🔗 www.bamboo-cloud.com #ELearning #OnlineEducation #EdTech #VideoHosting #BambooCloud

☁️ I wasted 6 months learning the wrong way. This is something many aspiring cloud professionals realize — but only after months of frustration. #Cloudcomputing is one of the most in-demand skills today. But the biggest challenge isn’t the technology. It’s learning it the right way. Many learners jump into advanced tools, certifications, and complex platforms without building the foundation first. The result? Confusion, slow progress, and knowledge that doesn’t translate into real skills. If you're starting your cloud journey, here are three common mistakes to avoid: ❌ Jumping between too many tools Trying every platform, service, or tutorial creates scattered knowledge. Focus on understanding core cloud concepts before exploring everything. ❌ Learning without hands-on practice Cloud skills are built by doing. Deploy applications, configure services, break things, and fix them. Real learning happens through experimentation. ❌ Ignoring networking fundamentals #Networking is the backbone of #cloudarchitecture. Without understanding IPs, subnets, routing, and security groups, cloud services become difficult to grasp. Before chasing advanced certifications or tools, focus on fundamentals first. Understand how systems connect. Understand how infrastructure works. Understand why #cloud architectures are designed the way they are. Once the foundation is strong, the tools become easier — and your learning becomes faster. Because in technology, shortcuts rarely create experts. Strong fundamentals do. #CloudComputing #CloudCareer #CloudLearning #TechCareer #ITSkills #CloudEngineering #DevOps #CloudArchitecture #TechGrowth #CareerInTech #LearningInPublic #SkillDevelopment #FutureOfWork #TechEducation #ProfessionalGrowth
