90 Days, 15 Certifications,All 3 Major Clouds (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure),10 Books. Landing into an Architecture-level role.→ One learning system. I won’t waste more than two minutes of your time. But if you are a young professional stuck in the routine loop of work → responsibilities → sleep → repeat, read this patiently. Because sometimes the problem is not effort. It is the learning system. In the last 90 days, I completed 15 certifications, including certifications across the three major cloud platforms — AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Two frameworks shaped this journey: 1️⃣ Ultralearning by Scott Young 2️⃣ UPSC-style analytical and answering discipline ⸻ How Ultralearning helped me prepare Ultralearning emphasizes designing the learning strategy before starting the learning. These principles shaped my preparation: • Metalearning – understand the syllabus, domains, and weightage first • Focus – deep, distraction-free learning sessions • Directness – practice close to the real exam format • Drill – isolate weak areas and attack them • Retrieval – recall instead of rereading • Feedback – treat mistakes as learning signals • Retention – structured revision • Intuition – understand why, not just what • Experimentation – continuously refine the learning system This helped me clearly separate: high-value topics vs unnecessary noise. ⸻ How UPSC thinking helped during exams UPSC preparation trains the mind to think strategically under pressure. That helped immensely in certification exams. Key strategies: • Elimination technique • Careful reading of keywords like most cost-effective, highly available, managed service • 360° thinking across cost, reliability, scalability, and security • Avoid extreme options (always/never) • Context-based judgment instead of theory • Calm thinking under pressure • Using partial knowledge logically • Strong time discipline ⸻ If I had to summarize this journey in one line: Ultralearning structured my preparation. UPSC sharpened my thinking during the exam. That combination helped me complete 15 certifications across AWS, GCP, and Azure within 90 days. More importantly, it changed how I approach learning. ⸻ #Learning #UPSC #Ultralearning #AWS #GoogleCloud #Azure #CloudComputing #CareerGrowth #SelfImprovement

Too often the conversation in education ends up being about tools. But last week at #NCTIES several speakers emphasized something different: implementation and relationships. A few takeaways from sessions and discussions: • Start with small pilots before scaling across a district • Build in regular check-ins and feedback loops • Avoid “one-size-fits-all” professional learning (educators have a right to be highly skeptical of this) Really appreciated insights from Dr. Sharon Torrence Jones Dr. Kimberley Thompson-Hairston David Hinrichs @Christie Cloud and many others! Great examples shared of how districts and partners can collaborate in ways that actually support educators rather than overwhelm them. If you attended #NCTIES and want to stay connected, feel free to reach out here on LinkedIn. I'd love to talk CS!

From whiteboard diagrams to live cloud environments. Modern IT training is no longer about watching someone click through slides. It is about doing the work in a controlled, realistic setting. Here is how trainers use virtual labs to turn theory into hands-on experience, and why that shift is changing how engineers actually learn.
