Have you lately celebrated how far you have come? I can see you already shaking your head. Because I do it too. I am always thinking about what’s next. What more can I do? What else can I improve? And then I talk to someone else. And they say: This is amazing. And I realise… I haven’t really taken a moment to acknowledge any of it. I don’t celebrate the milestones enough. I take things for granted. I move the goalpost before I even arrive. But here is one I am allowing myself to pause for: At FoundHers Network, we reached 50 members in 50 days. And yes, that is worth celebrating. Not just because of the number. But because of what it represents. Showing up every single day. Talking about what we are building. Creating something that actually feels different. Working hard to ensure the experience inside is just as strong as the branding outside. This didn’t happen by accident. It happened because we are intentional. Because we are consistent. Because we care. We are so focused on growth that we forget to acknowledge progress. So this is me doing it differently today. Taking a moment. Looking back. And saying it out loud: I am proud of this. We need to stop taking our own work for granted. What is something you achieved recently that you haven’t given yourself enough credit for?
GREAT
This is something a lot of builders quietly struggle with. The goalpost keeps moving, so progress starts feeling normal instead of meaningful. Sometimes pausing to acknowledge consistency is just as important as chasing the next milestone
Honestly leaving a career that looked great on paper because I knew I wanted something that felt great too. I don't talk about that enough
The important part is not just the number, but building something people genuinely want to be part of.
Taking a moment to look back helps you see the progress. What's the next goal you're looking forward to?
Absolutely proud.. U doing amazing
Yayy! Huge win for FoundHers Network 🔥 Ulrike Schulz
Ulrike Schulz this is such an important reminder. We spend so much time chasing the next milestone that we forget to honour the progress already made. Celebrating how far you’ve come is not arrogance, it’s awareness. ✨
Happy Friday! 🎉 Make sure to celebrate yourself TODAY 😉
