I love this thought-provoking article by Mustafa Suleyman on the rise of “seemingly conscious AI.” At Microsoft, we are focused on creating responsible AI, empowering people and organizations to achieve more, unlock creativity, and accelerate innovation. That’s why the conversation Mustafa raises matters. The opportunity isn’t about making AI “more human.” It’s about ensuring these powerful systems enhance decision-making, amplify human potential, and strengthen trust, without blurring the line between technology and humanity. Responsible innovation is how we get there. And it’s the foundation for a future where AI truly serves people first. Read Mustafa’s reflections here: https://lnkd.in/g2Eh35me

The Future is Human + AI Together As we wrap up this series, one truth stands out: the future of enterprise is not man or machine — it’s man with machine. 🔹 World Economic Forum predicts that by 2027, AI will create 69 million new jobs globally, even as some roles are automated. 🔹 The most valuable enterprises will be those that foster a synergy between human ingenuity and AI efficiency. At Dezly, we see AI not as an end, but as a tool — one that frees people from repetitive tasks and empowers them to do the work that only humans can: leading, innovating, and connecting. The enterprises that thrive will be those that embrace balance, not extremes. 👉 Ready to explore how your enterprise can build this balance? Let’s talk. #FutureOfWork #AI #Dezly #WorkforceBalance

Energy Is Getting Smarter with AI Welcome to the energy industry’s AI era—where infrastructure gets smarter, downtime gets shorter, and grid planning takes minutes (not months). This week’s Industrial AI Nexus breaks down how forward-thinking companies like Shell, ExxonMobil, and Duke Energy Corporation are already putting artificial intelligence to work in very real, very practical ways. Some highlights: 👉 Shell and Baker Hughes are using predictive AI models that can spot failing valves before they make the maintenance team panic. 👉 Thinklabs AI can simulate an entire year’s worth of grid data in five minutes. 👉 ExxonMobil has robots crawling pipes, inspecting hard-to-reach areas, and letting the humans stay safely out of harm’s way. 👉 Georgia Power is using AI to flag vulnerable grid segments before storms knock the power out. Take that, hurricane season. And the kicker? #AI isn’t here to take jobs—it’s here to upgrade them. As LSU’s Professor Andrew Schwarz put it: “If you’re using tech to cut jobs, you will be disappointed.” AI is here, and it’s changing everything. Not with a bang, but with a thousand incremental improvements: faster planning, safer inspections, cleaner grids, smarter hiring, and more efficient maintenance. ✨ Almost a year ago, I met tech legend John Chambers at the FAIR Conference, a conversation that has stayed with me ever since. John has always been ahead of the curve. Nearly eight years ago, he predicted the AI boom we’re living through today. At the forum, John spoke about how AI will reshape industries, warning that those who fail to adapt will fall behind. His words inspired some key ideas that became part of my book: 🏢 How AI is redefining modern enterprises 💡 Why data drives AI adoption 📘 Why professionals need to upskill for the AI era His insights reminded me that the future arrives faster than we expect (I call this 𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 in the book) and motivated me to define a structured approach to AI transformation. 𝘋𝘢𝘵𝘢 𝘚𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘐 (https://lnkd.in/g34gqGvd) explores this intersection of data, AI, and security. 💬 Share your thoughts below: How do you see AI reshaping your industry?

AI isn’t here to erase human value, it’s here to reshape it. 💡 Throughout history, every new tool shifted how we work, but it never made people irrelevant. Instead of asking “Will AI replace us?”, the better question is: ➡️ How can we use AI as leverage to unlock even more human potential? ✨ Remember: We shape tools… and then tools shape us.
