THE STRATEGY COURSE Delivered with a full-cycle embedded AI-powered process, and based on a robust, logical framework for Strategy Management, the new StrategyCourse eLearning platform will become available starting from May 2026. strategycourse.com It is designed to push into obsolescence many confusing online courses on Strategy that deliver mostly boilerplate, partially incorrect or incomplete views about what Strategy is and how it works. StrategyCourse comprises eight self-paced modules with pre-recorded video sessions (theory and practice), complemented by on-demand live, online Q&A sessions, and accompanied by plenty of support materials. It will only be available as a feature of the RapidStrategy app, with the following functionality: 1. Allow RapidStrategy users to get a deeper insight into the underlying Strategy full-cycle methodology used by the app. 2. Most people pick an LMS the wrong way. Here's what to actually compare. 🧵 Small businesses don't need the most powerful LMS on the market. They need the right one — and those are very different things. Here's how the most popular platforms actually stack up: * TalentLMS is affordable, easy to set up, and gets the job done for straightforward training needs. It won't overwhelm you, but it won't wow your learners either. * LearnWorlds is built for creators and businesses that care deeply about the learner experience. Stronger on interactivity and branding, slightly steeper on the learning curve. * Teachable is the go-to for simplicity. If you're packaging knowledge into a course and selling it, it works. If you need deep reporting or compliance tracking, look elsewhere. * Thinkific sits in a similar lane to Teachable, but gives you slightly more control over your school's structure and learner journey. * Docebo is enterprise-grade — powerful, AI-driven, and priced accordingly. Probably more than a small business needs, but worth knowing about as you scale. The honest truth? No LMS is perfect. The best one is the one your team will actually use — and your learners won't notice.

Somedays I feel like the most used word in my client conversations is...workaround. The LMS doesn't do that...let me find a workaround. The SME wants it to show what?... Let me find a workaround. We need to migrate that how fast?... Let me find a workaround. But I'm a problem solver at heart so I dive into building, crafting, weaving together a workaround that solves the issue any way I can. Over the years I've built quite the stockpile of tricks to solve the never ending gaps in LMSs and authoring tools. This week, I migrated a client from #Lessonly to #LearnUpon. Overall they love their new LMS home, but Lessonly had flip cards and all their content relied heavily on those simple flipcards to break up text and reinforce key points. LearnUpon doesn't have flipcards in it's native course builder and doesn't always play nicely with some of the embeddable solutions. So I took a minute or two to clean up the html I use to convert and rebuild iframe codes into a clean format that LearnUpon will use and turned it into a tool my clients can use anytime moving forward. It's the first of the LMS Genie Suite to officially launch and for this client it's given them back the ability to bring flipcards and inline interactivity into the native LearnUpon course builder. The client's happy, I'm happy, and support is probably happy to quit hearing from me this week. Sometimes it's the simplest things that can make the biggest difference in a tool you use everyday!

Redesigning My LMS for 10K Users, Day 15/30 – Refactoring the Edit Course Flow. https://lnkd.in/gNQAHY8v Today I focused on improving the Edit Course component to align it with the new architecture I built for course creation. As the course system evolved (topics, lessons, structured payloads), the edit flow also needed refactoring to stay consistent. So I cleaned up how course data is handled and validated on the client side. What I Refactored i) Category, Topics, and Lessons Handling Refactored how these parts are managed inside the Edit Course flow. Changes included: • Cleaner state handling • Better separation between course sections • Easier updates when editing topics or lessons This makes the edit flow more predictable and easier to maintain. ii) Video Duration Parsing Hook Integrated the reusable hook for parsing video duration during lesson updates. Now when a lesson video is edited or replaced: • Duration is extracted automatically • Course metadata stays accurate • Manual input errors are avoided Reusable hooks help keep component logic clean. iii) Payload Builder for Structured Requests Introduced a payload builder utility for constructing the update request. Instead of assembling payloads inside components, the payload is now generated through a dedicated builder. Benefits: • Consistent API structure • Cleaner component logic • Easier debugging and maintenance iv) Error Validation Schema Added a validation schema to standardize error handling and form validation. This ensures: • Consistent validation messages • Safer form submissions • Better user feedback during course edits Reusable hooks, payload builders, and validation schemas keep both flows aligned.
