AI-NATIVE APPLICATIONS What is an AI-native application? A product built from the ground up with Artificial Intelligence as its core engine, rather than just an added feature. For example, an AI-generated summarization of the dataset in a dashboard or in a report is only ... an added AI feature. RapidStrategy is an AI-native application for managing the Strategy. Each of the 32 steps of its workflow is an AI Agent that applies a set of step-specific logic rules (characteristic for the Algorithmic Strategy) to a given input dataset + whatever tools, skills, or global data sources the LLM can access and deems necessary to use for generating the required output for that step. THE DISCIPLINED STRATEGY The logic of software apps and the high-performance use of AI determine a rigorous discipline of such process workflow. The Algorithmic approach to Strategy allows no conceptual ambiguity, fuzzy logic, unclear correlations, or any kind of fluff or shallowness. It commands the Engineering of Strategy. Here is an example. Each step of the workflow /* may have multiple versions. Some may be multiple iterations of AI-generated output for that step (often providing slightly different results). Others may be AI datasets edited by the human-in-the-loop, and others may be full human / manual entry data. As in any algorithm, preceding steps are linked to descendent ones. But what about their versions? If we delete a version in one step, what happens to the descendent steps that used that version's data as input? Can we re-link them to another (active) version of that preceding step and regenerate the whole chain of corresponding descendent versions? A software application cannot be built without crystal-clear and logic answers to such questions. And if it manages the Strategy, imagine the level of logical discipline that now governs the whole Strategy cycle.
