On the latest episode of Embracing Erosion I sat down with Suyog Deshpande, Co-Founder & CEO of Webless (a Fluvio Ventures portfolio company). Before starting Webless, Suyog spent years at Amplitude, Salesforce, and Samsara - shaping products and GTM strategy at scale as a product marketing leader. That perspective is now fueling one of the boldest bets in tech: 🏗️ rebuilding the web for LLMs. Instead of optimizing for clicks and SEO, Webless imagines an agentic web -where sites are designed to interact directly with AI models and agents. We dug into: - What an LLM-native web could actually look like - How companies can prepare to be LLM-ready - What metrics will matter beyond pageviews and clicks - Why safety and trust are core to agent-driven experiences - Lessons Suyog brings from “big tech” into this transformation If you’re curious about how discovery, trust, and value exchange will evolve online, this one’s worth your time. Modal is putting on a GTM content masterclass right now 🔥 Fresh off an $87M Series B led by Lux Capital (alongside Redpoint + Amplify Partners), the team is running one of the sharpest content engines in AI infra. Here’s what they’re doing right: 1) Social proof engine – heavy-hitter customer logos like Meta and Substack featured above the fold to build instant trust and ICP credibility 2) Clear, memorable positioning – leading with “AI infra developers love” and “Ship your first app in minutes” to ensure their value prop sticks 3) Deep content ecosystem – shipping consistent eng updates and product use cases that reinforce Modal's positioning as a leader in their niche 4) Customer storytelling – publishing strong case studies that highlight real-world ROI across multiple use cases (paired with premium design) Kudos to the Modal team for setting a high content bar. Very impressive work.

My biggest SaaS mistake? Building a black box. Cactivate, my first venture, was a "take it or leave it" optimization algorithm. It was a black box. One thing I learned in my journey from Cactivate to AgentMark is to build white-boxes instead. AI will never grasp a client's story and brand as well as a great marketer. We needed to empower marketers. That's why we pivoted to AgentMark. We let marketers define their rules. They create their agents. They execute what they want. To my fellow SaaS founders: don't change workflows, empower them. Build tools that amplify human expertise. Give marketers the control and transparency they deserve. What are your thoughts on empowering workflows versus changing them? #AI

Last week StackAdapt launched a new AI-powered suite bringing campaign management, analytics and creative workflow under one roof. From talking to multiple brands recently, one thing is clear: there’s a tech solution for everything and the market is overwhelmed. Brands on our Discovery programme aren’t asking for more tools… they want fewer, smarter systems that actually work together. After the explosion of new platforms through 2024 and 2025, my take is that 2026 will be a year of consolidation – following StackAdapt’s lead as the market matures. There you go, Dan Calladine – your first 2026 Trend. 😉 Less tabs. Less friction. More clarity. The smartest brands are simplifying – choosing integrated stacks that make better use of the data they already have. In a world obsessed with new features, sometimes the smartest move is subtraction.

We didn’t just grow. We exploded. In the last 5 months, we scaled Atticus from $30k to $100k/month. With a team of 4, a single LinkedIn profile, and a plug-and-play consulting offer that basically sold itself. No complex funnels. No huge team. Only a simple offer, sharp positioning, and a founder-led funnel that built demand daily. A couple of months back I sat and meditated on the 7 key lessons that changed everything... from how we package, to how we price, to how we generate pipeline while we sleep. This is the way of the leveraged operator. The only way in 2025 & beyond for how to scale your service business. I break them all down in this short video we released a few months back. Since then, we’ve worked with 100+ experts in total... and the results have been wild. Want to join the new wave of lean and mean service business dominating leading into 2026? Book a complimentary growth call here, and we can uncover the constraints keeping you stuck and show you how to add $50-100k a month using LinkedIn + AI: https://lnkd.in/eciSMMr4

🚀 From $17M to $22M ARR in just one quarter. Over the past quarter, MEDvidi grew from a $17M to $22M ARR company, continuing our path of profitable AI-driven engine. Here’s what made that possible 👇 1️⃣ AI foundations everywhere From chart reviews to scheduling to AI Prescriber. Automation unlocked efficiency. 2️⃣ Aligned marketing, medical, and business ops Each campaign takes into consideration utilization rates, business and non-business hours, weekend coverage, etc. No wasted spend. 3️⃣ Scaling smarter, not just bigger We focused on fast payback, not just high LTV:CAC. That single change let us recycle dollars 2–3x per year. And scaled both paid and SEO engines in sync. Results 3× higher spend, stronger organic visibility, same blended CAC. Next stop — $30M ARR. 🚀

Most GTM teams have a context problem. Every playbook, campaign, or outbound idea starts disconnected. Marketing builds one version of the story, sales writes another, RevOps tries to measure it later. That gap costs startups months of motion with no momentum. FlashGTM was built to close that gap. It’s an AI platform that connects your entire GTM motion from idea to execution, all in one place. Here’s what that actually means 👇 💡 Strategy, not templates You tell FlashGTM your product, ICP, and goals. It generates a complete GTM playbook personalized to your market. ⚙️ Execution, not theory It builds the outbound sequence, landing page copy, and sales scripts that match that playbook instantly. 📊 Learning loops, not reporting It simulates revenue impact before launch and tracks results so you can improve every iteration. If your team spends more time building GTM assets than running GTM plays, FlashGTM will feel like night and day. Early access opens this week. Comment⚡if you want in!
