Marita Fridjhon's recent blog on Substack, "Finding Center: The Observer Effect & the Power of Presence" got me thinking about attunement, and I went deeper listening to Gayle Karen Young's recent interview in a podcast. Attunement means helping teams be aware of what’s happening in their energetic fields -- and using our energetic presence as a way to influence the outcomes. It's a beautiful call to effect change by simply showing up.
