Super excited to be a part of this journey with Shashank ND Anshul and Arpit. Had great fun working on the concept, scripting, production and post production and the distribution strategy. First of the many from Buzzlab ‘s Launch as a Service.

Introducing Cent, India’s Most Comprehensive AI-led Early Detection Platform. Cent didn’t start as a business idea for me. It started as a question. Last year, I lost three people close to me to cancer. And in every case, the disease was discovered far too late. It made me wonder, why are we still waiting for symptoms before we start looking? As we dug deeper, we realised the problem wasn’t just medical, it was systemic. Healthcare in India is still largely reactive. We wait for symptoms, while disease quietly progresses for years, silently. We’ve built incredible capability to treat diseases in India. But we still don’t have dedicated infrastructure and technology to detect early. The good news is that AI is finally changing that. At Cent, we’ve built India’s most comprehensive AI-led early detection platform - MRI-first, multi-modal, and structured around real mortality risk. A system designed to detect 300+ health risks early, including cancer, heart blockages, neuro, and metabolic disorders. We strongly believe, if we make early detection the norm, we can change the trajectory of millions of lives. Glad to build this with Anshul K. and Arpit Garg. Cent is run by an independent team deeply committed to this mission and was initially funded through my family office, One Flow Holdings. If this mission strikes a chord with you - would love to hear from you.

“Fail 10 Times. Win Once.” The Founder Reality 🚀 Sindhu Biswal, Founder of Buzzlab, spoke candidly with Sakshi Dhingra about the realities of entrepreneurship — where failures often teach more than success. Coming from a small town and stepping into the startup world for the first time wasn’t easy. After an early venture didn’t work out, Biswal returned to a marketing role — a humbling reset that pushed him to build sharper self-awareness and resilience. His philosophy is simple: 💡 Founders experiment constantly — most ideas fail, but one breakthrough can change everything. Over the years, Biswal says he focused on three things that compounded over time: 📢 Building distribution — consistently sharing ideas and experiences online 🤝 Meeting people — connecting with 10–20 people every week 🎯 Solving real gaps — focusing on outcomes rather than just delivering services At Buzzlab, the approach is rooted in first-principles thinking — question assumptions, fix the brief before the campaign, and stay honest with clients even if it risks losing a deal. Another belief: leadership isn’t a title. You lead first — recognition comes later. And when it comes to motivation? Biswal offered an interesting perspective: ⚡ Sometimes, the shadow of self-motivation is fear — the fear of becoming irrelevant in a rapidly changing world. In fast-moving industries, staying curious, honest and adaptable might be the real competitive advantage. #Entrepreneurship #FounderJourney #StartupLessons #Buzzlab #Leadership #CreatorEconomy #MarketingStrategy #Storytelling #BusinessInsights #StartupLife 🚀📈💡

  • The oldest storytelling trick is one most brands completely botch. It’s called in medias res - starting in the middle of the action. Ancient epics used it. Hollywood uses it. The best UGC ads use it without knowing it has a name. “I almost returned this. Then I used it for 3 days.” That one sentence does three things at once: → Creates tension → Implies a transformation → Makes you lean forward Compare that to: “Introducing [Brand] — the solution for busy professionals.” One pulls. One pushes. The best brand storytelling doesn’t start with the product. It starts with the moment just before everything changed.

  • Your creative is judged in the first 0–1.5 seconds - before a single word is read. The algorithm decides whether to amplify or bury your ad based on thumb-stop rate, not your clever copy. What wins the first frame? 1. Pattern interruption (visual contrast, unexpected motion). 2. A face in emotional conflict, not a smiling product shot. 3. A text hook that opens a loop the brain needs to close. You can have the best offer in your industry and kill it with a generic lifestyle opener. Fix the frame. Then test the headline.

Client: We spent 3 weeks making one Reel. Then posted it everywhere. It flopped on YouTube. Here's what nobody tells you about Instagram vs YouTube Shorts: They're not the same platform with different logos. They're different planets with different atmospheres. And your content is suffocating on one of them. Instagram: 95% of Indian users watch Reels daily. They're there for the aesthetic. The vibe. The "this brand gets me" feeling. Clean compositions. Color-coordinated feeds. Production value that screams "we hired someone." The platform was built for photos. It rewards polish. It's basically judging your lighting in every frame. YouTube Shorts: 72% of Indians say it introduces them to new brands—over 2× any other platform. But they're not there to admire your color palette. They're there to learn something, laugh at something, or decide if they should buy something. Natural lighting? Talking to camera? A little rough around the edges? That's the vibe. Polish can actually work against you here. And here's where everyone messes up: You make ONE beautiful, highly-produced piece of content. Instagram-ready. Perfect. Then you hit "post" on YouTube Shorts because "why waste good content?" But 44% of YouTube Shorts users don't even use Instagram Reels. Different people. Different expectations. Different reasons for opening the app. What works as aspirational on Instagram feels like an ad on YouTube. What works as authentic on YouTube looks unfinished on Instagram. The platforms are literally telling us this: Instagram says: "Show me your brand essence." YouTube says: "Show me what you're actually useful for." But we keep making one video and distributing it everywhere because "efficiency." So honest question: How many of your YouTube Shorts are just Instagram Reels in witness protection?

A lot of my founder friends will hate me. I asked this crazy tool backed by Google and SoftBank - "Build me a website that has search query function, where all creators are listed and against the name, their courses and e-books are listed. With payments, creator dashboards, buyer ratings." The first draft MVP I got in just an hour and the money taken to make it - is crazy. It’s called Emergent. I love the UI honestly, good job done there! I don’t recommend products without checking who is using it already and use cases. But this one deserves a mention. I also found out that UK’s Largest Energy Company: built production-ready AI web app in just two days, saving ~2,000 developer hours and £100K in development costs. Daaamn! We’re heading towards a world where AI builds 80% of MVP apps by 2030. ➡Solopreneurs will be launch their service marketplaces overnight. ➡️Creators will launch their own personalized academy in a week ➡️Marketers will be able to launch multiple hypothesis tests faster without fighting with product teams. #marketing #ai #colab
