Shook is a joint venture partner with Skanska as the construction manager for the Think Dayton Building. This five-story, 120,000-square-foot facility will anchor the first phase of construction for onMain, a collaboration between the University of Dayton and Premier Health. The sleek Think Dayton Building will serve as a collaboration center for private industry, academia, and government.
