The main conclusions we get are: (1) China’s top carbon emissions industries are mainly concentrated in second heavy industry, whereas India’s highest carbon emissions industries are mainly concentrated in first and second light industries. (2) For China’s and India’s CO2 emissions implied in exports, the proportion consumed by domestic production is gradually reduced. But India’s reduction is obviously slower than China’s and it fluctuates more during the process. (3) The pollution industry transfers between China and USA, and India and USA are bidirectional. Overall, the industries transferred from USA to China and India are slightly different. The industries transferred to China are mainly second heavy industries whereas that transferred to India are mainly second light industries. Additionally, USA not only transferred pollution industries to China and India, it also transferred clean industries. (4) For factors affecting carbon pollution industries transfer, China and India are basically the same. Specifically, output per capita and CO2 transfer in both countries has a significant Kuznets inverted U-lined curve. Factors like international trade and average industry salaries execute the same conclusions. Moreover, for influence on pollution industry transfer, factors like trade exposure between India and USA impacted larger than that between China and USA. Furthermore, the impact of nominal gross fixed capital formation on pollution industry transfer has opposite conclusion for China-US and India-US.Other authors
