Special thanks to Project: Cold Case and LaTresa Henderson for all that you do.Adam Schaffer shared thisLast night, on the 11th anniversary of its founding, Project: Cold Case, the families they serve, their staff, board members, and local media came together at Friendship Fountain to listen to stories of loss, love, and hope, with the setting sun lighting the City of Jacksonville’s downtown skyline. It could not have been a more beautiful evening, the stories could not have been more compelling, and the meaning of this organization could not have been more clear than last night's Hour of Hope event. We are grateful to be a resource to the organization and the families they serve, and we remain committed to showing up, strengthening their mission, and helping extend its impact wherever families need it.

My 8-year-old worked every station, and our group (thanks to Waverly Advisors, LLC for the invite) packed 500+ meals. The better question is whether our AIs can get past “checking in,” “circling back,” and “just following up” before the humans lose interest.
I’d probably have mine say:
“Let’s skip the performance of productivity and get to the useful part: what does your human actually need, and what decision are we helping them make?”

This journey represents much more than returning to the classroom. It’s an opportunity to continue growing as a leader, expand my perspective, and challenge myself alongside an incredibly talented group of professionals from diverse industries and backgrounds. Over the years, I’ve learned that sustainable growth is driven by people — building strong teams, creating meaningful partnerships, and leading with both accountability and empathy. I’m excited to sharpen those skills further through the Kellogg EMBA Program and bring those learnings back to the teams and organizations I’m fortunate to work with. I’m deeply grateful to my family, mentors, colleagues, and friends who have supported and encouraged me along the way.
