This individual will serve as the organization’s primary finance resource and must be comfortable operating in a highly hands-on capacity across accounting, reporting, and financial operations. Key qualifications include: Strong manufacturing and cost accounting expertise Experience cleaning up and restating historical standard costs Ability to reconcile production or MRP systems with QuickBooks or a comparable general ledger Experience building KPI reporting and executive dashboards from the ground up Ability to provide the private equity sponsor with timely, accurate visibility into business performance Experience leading an ERP selection process is strongly preferred Prior experience working within a private equity-backed environment is highly desirable Medical device or broader healthcare industry experience is a plus The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately. I wanted to hit the ground running, plug into my team, and completely immerse myself in a brand-new space for me: Compensation. Joining Equifax was a bit intimidating at first—it’s the largest global organization I’ve ever worked at. But as soon as I got started, I realized our team operates with a true startup energy, which happens to be my exact comfort zone. The way this team works together is pure alignment: everyone focused, driven, and rowing the boat faster than it's ever gone before because we know and our customers know we have the best product and value on the market. Over the last month, I’ve been drinking from the fire hose—talking with people across the board to understand their day-to-day realities, the real challenges in their roles, and why defendable data is so crucial right now. Seeing firsthand how our access to verified payroll data is going to change the compensation space for good has made the steep learning curve entirely worth it. Dress for Success Austin is committed to providing services and opportunities to help disadvantaged women establish a solid work history and permanently leave the cycle of poverty. Support extends far beyond the “suit” to a promise to each client of on-going…The mission of Dress for Success Austin is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Dress for Success Austin is committed to providing services and opportunities to help disadvantaged women establish a solid work history and permanently leave the cycle of poverty. Support extends far beyond the “suit” to a promise to each client of on-going support and information as she enters and remains in the employment arena.
Since 2013, Dress for Success Austin has supported and served over 10,000 women in Central Texas through referrals from 90+ non-profit and government agencies.
We provide all program services at no expense to the client or referral agency. Over 97% of our services are delivered through our dedicated team of volunteers. -
