Busy doesn’t have to mean inconsistent, your content strategy can be simple. Here’s the mistake I see most: business owners try to be everywhere, all the time. That’s a fast track to burnout and half-baked content. A good content strategy doesn’t start with “what should we post?” It starts with clarity: what do we want our audience to remember about us? From there, think in pillars. Three to four themes that tie back to your business and values. For example: • Share behind-the-scenes of your work (builds trust). • Highlight client stories (shows results). • Offer quick tips (positions you as helpful). • Drop occasional personal reflections (reminds people you’re human). Pick one platform to prioritize. Show up there consistently before spreading thin. Even two strong posts a week will outperform seven rushed ones. And here’s the simplest rhythm: listen, create, measure, repeat. The feedback from your audience is the best strategy tool you’ll ever have. Your dream clients don’t just “stumble” into your DMs. They need a reason to trust you, follow you, and buy from you. If you’re struggling with leads and conversions, check your social proof. Your brand isn’t built by what you say. It’s built by what your clients say about you. And most coaches aren’t collecting enough of it. Here’s how to fix that this week: → After every client win, ask for a result-based sentence. Example: “I signed 3 clients after your program.” → Save screenshots of every kind message or DM. → Turn those wins into social content: — Share screenshots on your stories. — Drop them in carousel posts. — Use them in your sales pages and offers. When buyers see proof, objections shrink. People trust people who get results for others. Social proof isn’t a bonus. It’s a conversion tool you can’t afford to skip. You can't just hire a random Fiverr editor to edit your YouTube videos... and then wonder why you're not booking any sales calls. I manage a team of over 12 video editors. And let me tell you that "technical editing" and "conversion-focused editing" are two VERY DIFFERENT things. You may already notice how random editors put so much emphasis on flashy transitions and "Mr. Beast-style" cuts. When you're talking about a serious business topic, they'll just add random sound effects and over-the-top graphics. Obviously, these editors don't understand that their goal is not to entertain (duh...) And they completely miss the strategic elements that actually drive revenue for your business. Whereas, business editors understand the pacing for educational content. They know when to slow down during important points and when to speed up during transitions. More importantly, they understand call-to-action placement. Random editors just put CTAs at the end when most people have already clicked away. But you'll notice how a business editor places them at the 33-50% mark when engagement is highest. Because they understand that retention > entertainment. And instead of flashy effects, they use strategic cuts to maintain attention during key teaching moments. It's sad because I've seen business owners spend months wondering why their YouTube strategy isn't working. The content was solid, but they weren't aware that the editing was sabotaging the message. Careful who you hire!!!

Make your dream clients add*cted to your content (Stupidly simple 3-step framework): Here's the truth: The best way to attract your dream clients is to help them... win. Get them from A (pain) to B (dream outcome) with your content. It's that simple. But here's what most people miss: You need to break down their journey into microsteps. Example: 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: Busy professionals who can't build muscle 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲: Lean, athletic body (without living in the gym) This is a long, overwhelming journey for most people. So they quit. Your job? Make it simple. Remove the guesswork.
