Ever read something and think, “yeah, this is polished, but it has zero pulse?” Probably AI that nobody bothered to rewrite. Sarah Shepard explains it in this episode, and it made way too much sense. People connect with voices, not templates. Give it a quick listen before your content sounds like a manual. • Spotify: https://hubs.li/Q03PCpST0 • Apple Podcasts: https://hubs.li/Q03PCx7N0 • YouTube: https://hubs.li/Q03PCqkK0 #ProjectManagement #AuthenticContent #AITips #DigitalMarketing #Copywriting #StringCanInteractive #B2BMarketing #RevenueRewired

Content Repurposing Formula: One idea. Many formats. Endless value. And it’s crucial to master all 3 parts of this formula: ↳ One idea: Start with a single piece of content that works. This could be a blog post, a webinar, or a podcast episode. Pick something that already connects with your audience. ↳ Many formats: Turn that one piece into several new assets. A blog post becomes an infographic. A webinar becomes a series of short posts. A podcast becomes a set of quotes or a carousel. Each format reaches a new group of people, on a new platform, in a new way. ↳ Endless value: Repurposing keeps your content fresh at every stage. You save time and money by using what you already have. Your message stays consistent, but never gets stale. You reach people who missed it the first time. You keep your brand top of mind, everywhere. Only 3 steps to stretch your content’s life. Miss one, and your best ideas fade fast. Agree?

🎧 Storytelling vs. Editing — Which Really Makes a Podcast Successful? Most creators think a great editor can fix anything. But here’s the truth 👇 🎙️ Editing can polish. 🧠 Storytelling makes people care. If your story doesn’t connect, no sound effect or camera cut can save it. And if your story is powerful but poorly edited — no one sticks around long enough to hear it. At PodForge Media, I’ve seen both sides. Some podcasts sound good but don’t make you feel anything. Others feel good but lose you halfway because the pacing is off. The real magic happens when both meet — when storytelling gives your show heart, and editing gives it clarity. That’s when a conversation becomes an experience. And your podcast stops being just content… it becomes a brand. If you had to choose one to focus on first — 🎭 Storytelling or 🎬 Editing — which would you pick (and why)? 👇

Most companies think they have a copy problem. In reality, they have a messaging gap. In this episode of The Marketing Share Podcast, Chris Silvestri (Founder of Conversion Alchemy) explains what a messaging gap really is: the disconnect between what your company knows internally vs. what your customers actually understand. You’ll recognize the signs: Sales calls sound different than your website. 👉 Product teams focus only on features. 👉 Marketing talks benefits but skips the details buyers need. Keep in mind: Closing this gap isn’t about writing prettier copy; it’s about deeply understanding your customers and aligning product, sales, and marketing around one clear narrative. 🎧 Catch the full conversation with Chris Silvestri, Alec Cheung, and Barb VanSomeren (Link in the comments) #MarketingStrategy #Messaging #B2BMarketing #CustomerExperience #Copywriting #TheMarketingShare

Sorry to be the one to tell you this but... Posting podcast clips is NOT a content strategy 🤦🏻♂️ Yes, being a guest builds credibility. BUT, if your whole plan is to dump the recording into OpusClip or hand it off to a cheap overseas freelancer… you’re leaving a ton of growth on the table. Here’s why that "content strategy" sucks: 1. You don’t control the topics. The host’s questions serve their show, not your goals. Your feed ends up full of answers that don’t map to your audience’s desires or your offers. 2. Podcasts ≠ soundbites. Great shorts need a sharp hook, tidy beats, and a clean payoff. On a live interview you ramble, hedge, “uhh,” and bury the point. That’s normal, but it’s not scroll-stopping. 3. Weak hooks = weak retention. Unless the host is a celebrity (instant hook), “random podcast mic shot” won’t stop the scroll. You need intentional verbal hooks and visual/text hooks engineered up front. 4. Basic edits aren’t enough. Auto-tools and low-lift clipping rarely add story, structure, or on-brand motion design. You get a checkbox, not an asset. What to do instead (the grown-up version): 👉 Lead with strategy. Identify your audience’s top desires and map topics to offers/lead magnets. 👉 Pre-plan your answers. Script hooks, beats, and CTA ahead of time. Record intentional 45-90s clips, not leftovers. 👉 Own your look. Consistent brand style (typography, color, motion system) that makes your content recognizable in 0.2s. 👉 Engineer retention. Cold-open hooks, pattern breaks, on-screen receipts, b-roll that earns attention. 👉 Convert the attention. Tie clips to a relevant lead magnet or DM keyword so views turn into pipeline. Podcast repurposing is a slice of the pie, NOT THE PIE. If you want content that actually wins attention, trust, and action, stop “posting whatever the host asked” or "whatever OpusClip comes back with" and start publishing intentional, on-brand, conversion-ready clips. --- 👋 Hey, I'm Dave 🤝 I help experts stop being invisible online and finally capture and convert their audience's attention through video content. 👉 Wanna chat? 𝗜𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁'𝘀 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘂𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴? 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘩𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 '𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘥.' 𝘛𝘩𝘦 8 𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵? 𝘕𝘰𝘵 𝘴𝘰 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩. I had a client, a brilliant business coach, on the verge of quitting her podcast. She loved the conversations and connecting with her audience. But the aftermath—the tedious hours wrestling with audio software, trimming pauses, and trying to sound professional—was draining her passion, fast. She felt like she was running a second, unpaid job as a podcast producer. This is the hidden bottleneck for so many creators. The magic happens behind the mic, but momentum dies in the editing bay. Your zone of genius is creating the content, not perfecting the waveform. Handing off the post-production grind isn't a luxury; it's a strategic move to reclaim your time. Think of the opportunity cost. Every hour spent on editing is an hour not spent on networking, sales, or other revenue-generating tasks. It's the difference between being a creator with a business and a business owner who uses content to grow. A skilled Podcast Production VA can step in the moment you hit 'stop'.
