𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝟮 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 Your Google Business Profile is your digital front door. It must be claimed and carefully filled out. An up-to-date profile builds trust and encourages engagement. This includes your address, phone number, and hours. Use high-quality photos of your clinic and team. An optimized profile makes it easy for patients to choose you. 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝟯 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐳𝐞 Managing reviews shows you are attentive. Respond to every review, even the bad ones. Thank patients for positive feedback publicly. Address concerns in negative reviews promptly and professionally. This can turn a negative into a display of excellent service. Look at feedback to improve your practice over time. Great reviews are not an accident. They are the output of a deliberate system. Clinics with a structured approach see significant growth. If you want P-Max to bring quality leads, you have to teach it what quality means. That was one of my biggest takeaways from talking with Marc Jordan Waldeck, Founder of Bounce Marketing. Once you’ve got enough conversion volume, P-Max performs best when it’s optimized only for imported offline conversions. Not clicks. Not raw form fills. Actual qualified leads. The cleanest way to do that is pulling data straight from your CRM and setting a custom goal inside Google Ads. That way, P-Max is learning from outcomes that actually matter, not noise. Have you ever asked your clients to rate how well your agency communicates with them? One of the fundamentals that we reiterate with our Barrel Holdings agencies is to "Communicate Exceptionally". What does this entail? It means your team: - is responsive & doesn't keep the client waiting - is clear and concise in written & spoken comms - double-checks all comms & ensures they're free of errors - proactively sets expectations on what's happening & what's next - keeps materials organized & can quickly tell the client where to find things - knows who is working on what & their status when asked - anticipates questions/concerns and provides thorough answers - is quick to surface problems and communicate bad news while also supplying potential solutions We'll be the first to admit that our agencies don't always clear the bar on these behaviors 100% of the time. There's always room to improve. If your clients were asked about these, where would they point to gaps? Where would you want to focus your energies to improve your communication? Some of these behaviors are a function of processes you agency has in place. Some of them are made possible by certain roles & experienced personnel. Others are cultural: for example, your agency has uncompromising standards about how quickly you respond or how thorough you check messages before sending to clients. The way your agency communicates has outsized impact on how well you retain your clients. They create content that: - Answers specific questions patients are asking during their research phase - Showcases their expertise through educational content (not just before/afters) - Demonstrates their unique approach to patient care - Builds trust BEFORE the consultation even happens Don't get me wrong - aesthetics is important and an occasional funny reel is perfect to add into the mix. But your main focus should be about establishing your premium positioning. And you do that with a solid content strategy executed over long-term. This means working towards becoming the nr.1 trusted expert in your field in your area. Then you'll have no problem attracting patients that are willing to pay the price you set! 🙂
