Christopher Spagnoletti has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.  Over the past four years, Chris has helped lead our transformation, advancing hypersonic flight, scaling production-ready systems, and standing up new solid rocket motor and in-space propulsion product lines. We’re excited to welcome two proven leaders to Ursa Major as we continue on our path to scale to full-rate production of mission-critical capabilities. Jason Meredith joins as President of Solid Missile Systems, bringing more than 20 years of aerospace and defense leadership across engineering, program execution, and business management. Jason most recently served as a Vice President at Northrop Grumman, with prior experience at Orbital ATK and Pratt & Whitney. Justin Siebert joins Ursa Major as Chief Operating Officer, adding deep operational expertise across aerospace, defense, and space sectors. A seasoned operations executive, Justin previously served as COO of ArmorWorks and held leadership roles at Firefly Aerospace, BAE Systems, Magellan Aerospace, and Honeywell Aerospace.
