Jason Meredith joins as President of Solid Missile Systems, bringing more than 20 years of aerospace and defense leadership across engineering, program execution, and business management. Jason most recently served as a Vice President at Northrop Grumman, with prior experience at Orbital ATK and Pratt & Whitney. Justin Siebert joins Ursa Major as Chief Operating Officer, adding deep operational expertise across aerospace, defense, and space sectors. A seasoned operations executive, Justin previously served as COO of ArmorWorks and held leadership roles at Firefly Aerospace, BAE Systems, Magellan Aerospace, and Honeywell Aerospace.
