💡 Pancreatic cancer is often diagnosed too late. Not because the signal isn’t there, but because we haven’t been able to see it. A recent Mayo Clinic study shows AI can identify subtle imaging patterns years before diagnosis, even in scans originally read as normal. It raises a bigger question: how many early signals already exist across the patient record that we aren't linking together? From imaging to labs to clinical history, we have an opportunity to move from isolated data points to a longitudinal understanding of disease. That shift could change how we think about detection, intervention, and ultimately outcomes. Check out the latest perspective from Truveta's President and Chief Scientific Officer Johnathan M. Lancaster, MD PhD: https://tr.vet/4u3xYFI

👏 Excited to see Sihang Zeng present at #ASCO26 on how multi-agent LLM frameworks can use longitudinal EHR data to estimate short-term multi-cancer risk—advancing research into screening strategies and earlier detection. ⏰ Don't miss the presentation on Tuesday, June 2 at 9:45am. Be sure to stop by the Truveta booth (#10066) or book time with our on-site team: https://tr.vet/4nhcUcn American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)

😴 Sleep plays a critical role in adolescent health, and new research presented at #ISPORAnnual highlights how closely it may be connected to mental health outcomes. We found that adolescents with a sleep disorder diagnosis were 78% more likely to receive a first-time mental health diagnosis within one year compared with similar adolescents without a sleep disorder. The increased likelihood was consistent across every condition studied, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and OCD. These findings reinforce the importance of recognizing sleep disorders not just as isolated conditions, but as potential early indicators of broader mental health vulnerability during a critical stage of development. 🔎 The earlier cancer is detected, the faster providers can act. But early detection doesn’t happen at a single moment: it happens across different points along the entire care pathway. Take a look at four studies that leveraged Truveta Data to uncover trends in early cancer detection ⬇️ Dive into the findings: https://tr.vet/3RuXtBs

💡 PCOS has a new name: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, or PMOS. The change reflects a growing understanding that this condition is not just about ovarian cysts, but a complex hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect weight, insulin resistance, reproductive health, skin, and mental health. We examined GLP-1 prescribing among women with PCOS and found that prescriptions for semaglutide or tirzepatide increased from 2.4% in 2021 to 17.6% in 2025: over a 7-fold increase 📈 As PCOS becomes PMOS, understanding the metabolic dimensions of the condition is so important, and how real-world evidence can help track changing care patterns over time. 🔗 Learn more: https://tr.vet/4tR8ASy

    • Bar chart titled "Percentage of women with PCOS among a population with semaglutide or tirzepatide prescriptions" by Truveta. Data shows percentages from 2021 to 2025. In 2021, semaglutide only: 4.6%, both medications: 0.5%. In 2023, semaglutide only: 3.9%, both: 0.7%. In 2024, semaglutide only: 3.8%, both: 0.8%. In 2025, semaglutide only: 3.8%, both: 0.8%, tirzepatide only: 2.1%. Note states: "Rising use of GLP-1 medications among women with PCOS.

🫀 Most patients with newly identified heart failure are not receiving the recommended follow-up heart function assessment, despite clinical guidelines calling for reassessment and treatment optimization. A new study from Truveta Research and collaborators at Yale School of Medicine, Yale New Haven Hospital, and Duke University School of Medicine published in JAMA Network Open analyzed data from more than 340,000 adults with newly documented heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). One key finding: only 33.8% of patients received repeat echocardiography within one year of diagnosis, even though follow-up assessment is critical for guiding long-term care and treatment decisions. 🔗 Learn more: https://tr.vet/4dIiHDr
