How do you turn everyday, chaotic human moments into a cohesive brand narrative? By now, you may have caught our latest campaign, “When Life Happens,” on your screens. It’s a celebration of the messy, beautiful, and major chapters of life, from moving into a first home to prepping a nursery for a new baby. But behind every great 30-second spot is a mountain of strategy, ideation, and creative problem-solving. Hear directly from Kristie Lang, our Visual Design Lead, on the inspiration behind the stories, and see how we collaborated with our partners at Cintri to bring it all to fruition. ⬇️

I've been in and around home delivery for the better part of a decade. What I keep noticing is that the answer to "what makes this a great experience" keeps evolving. Early on, it was speed. If you could move things faster than your competition, you had a story to tell. Then visibility. Customers wanted to know exactly where their order was at any moment, and the companies that could show them won. Then precision. Hitting the window. Showing up when you said you would. Each one felt like the answer at the time. Each one turned out to be a step. And each one created a window where a few companies broke ahead while the rest spent the next few years catching up. Something new is starting to take shape and I haven't fully named it yet. Heading to Home Delivery World in Nashville next week with the Taskrabbit team to ask as many people as I can what they think matters most right now. Taskrabbit for Good, Taskrabbit’s social impact program, has partnered with Anthos Home since 2023, helping make permanent housing move-in ready for their recipients. We are grateful for the important work they do to give New Yorkers places to call home.

We're excited to share that Taskrabbit is now available in Claude. When you're staring at your to-do list and not sure where to start, Claude can now connect to Taskrabbit to help you find the right Tasker for the job and get you ready to book in a few simple steps. Simply tell Claude what you need done and where you need help, and Claude will check Taskrabbit to see if that service is available in your area. One day. Four time zones. Hundreds of conversations. 🌍 Twice a year, the entire Taskrabbit team hits "pause" on our laptops to step out into the real world for Customer Obsession Day. From San Francisco to Berlin, we spent yesterday listening, learning, and connecting with the people who make our marketplace move, which included: 🎤 Panels with customers and Taskers at Taskrabbit offices in San Francisco, New York City, and London to understand how we can better support their busy lives 🍻 Tasker Socials hosted in multiple cities to celebrate the hard work they do in their communities 🇸🇪 Connecting with our partners and customers at IKEA, inclusive of Taskrabbit swag We’re heading back to our work week with fresh insights and a shared mission to keep our community at the center of everything we do.

Opening an office takes a village, or at least a really talented team of Taskers. 👏✨ Kelli, our People Experience Manager, is taking us on a tour of our fresh NYC home to show you how it all came together. From the first desk assembled to the final shelf mounted, we’re obsessed with how this space turned out!

Our New York City doors are officially open, marking the arrival of Taskrabbit’s second major office hub in the US. At Taskrabbit, we believe work isn't a place you go, but a thing you do. Even so, we know that "purposeful in-person moments" are the secret sauce to our collaboration and engagement. Our new NYC home provides the perfect space for our team to connect, execute, and grow together.
