Producing the P&L is rarely the hard part. Most RevOps teams are spending half their time on a problem that shouldn't exist: getting their data to agree with itself. Sigma's VP of RevOps, Saad Shaikh, spent years watching this play out at high-growth companies before joining Sigma. The pattern was always the same. Every company had the tools, but the stack never worked as a system. Disconnected data, stale forecasts, and manual reporting made it harder to operate the business. His answer wasn't another integration. It was building the entire GTM operating system on live warehouse data, so every model, every workflow, and every decision connects to the same reality.
