Two things true about the market: 1. Today's jobs report means businesses aren't shedding workers yet. Unemployment held steady at 4.2 percent, but note the reference week for this report precedes the tariffs. We wouldn't expect to see the impact yet. 2. Businesses are cutting costs elsewhere. Latest Ramp data shows 61% of retailers froze or reduced ad budgets in April. Lower ad spend = lower growth forecasts by businesses.

AI agents are starting to check out. Literally. They’re no longer just assisting — they’re acting. Booking travel. Filing reports. And now, they’re beginning to make purchases on behalf of teams. Excited to announce we’re an official Visa Intelligent Commerce partner. What does this mean for our customers? Ramp cards will align with Visa’s agentic standards — making it possible for authorized AI agents to check out on their own, securely and within policy. It’s still early, but the direction is clear: ✅ Less manual input ✅ More intelligent automation ✅ Financial workflows that run themselves For our customers, this is about giving time back and letting teams focus on decisions, not data entry. Insight, not inboxes. We’re excited to explore what agentic commerce makes possible — and grateful to our customers for pushing us to build toward a more automated financial future.
