Access to new tools ≠ AI transformation. Real transformation requires organizations to rethink workflows, clarify ownership, and approach change in a way people can actually trust. From ownership to workflow redesign, Rebecca Hinds, PhD, talks with Phil and Mark Christianson to unpack what it really takes to make AI transformation stick when people and AI share the work. We just hit $300M ARR – growing from $100M to $300M in just 15 months. 🎉 A lot drove this, but one thing stands out: companies have stopped experimenting with AI and started running their business on it. They know AI. And they know that nobody beats Glean’s platform when it comes to capturing enterprise context and converting it into the kind of high-quality, action-oriented intelligence that drives real business outcomes. The numbers behind the milestone: 🔹 Fortune 500 customers nearly doubled year over year. The world's biggest companies are betting on us, including eBay, Dell Technologies, Booking.com, WD, Dominion Energy, and Zillow. 🔹 85%+ of customers deploy across 5+ departments. 🔹 45% wDAU/wMAU — more than 2x the SaaS industry benchmark. Behind those numbers is a product that's won that trust, and keeps raising the bar: unmatched context intelligence, deep enterprise connectivity, trust and governance at every layer, and 2.5x preferred over off-the-shelf MCP tools with 30% fewer tokens. We’ve shipped 250+ new features shipped in the last year, every single one built for the customers and teams who count on us. None of this happens without the customers and teams who believe in what we're building every day. Thank you. 💙 Come see what’s next at Glean:GO on August 26-27 in San Francisco. Early bird pricing ends soon: https://lnkd.in/g3XxfTbR

Honored to be included in Redpoint’s 2026 InfraRed 100, recognizing the companies shaping the future of infrastructure and AI. AI transformation needs more than models; it needs the right platform, grounded in context, governance, and openness. That’s why we’re building the open, horizontal Work AI platform that helps organizations drive AI transformation with confidence. 🎉 Thanks to Redpoint for the recognition!

Have you tried our new auto mode builder yet? It’s a faster way to build AI agents: just describe what you want an agent to do, answer a few clarifying questions, and Glean helps build, test, and refine it from there. Auto mode builder can plan, reason, and act across your enterprise graph within the guardrails your organization controls, and they’re especially powerful because they can manage memory through Glean's agent sandbox and can dynamically orchestrate tools, write and execute code. Selene Kim walks us through it 👇

Token efficiency is one of the most pressing questions in enterprise AI right now, and it's not just a model pricing problem. It's an AI architecture problem. As AI shifts from chat to agents, token consumption scales with it. Long-running workflows retrieve context, call tools, reason across multiple steps, and pass work between models. Engineering teams are already feeling it, with coding-tool budgets exhausted well ahead of schedule. The enterprises that win the next phase of AI adoption won't be the ones deploying the most advanced models for every task. They'll be the ones generating the most useful work per token. That requires getting the architecture right: how context is retrieved, how work is routed across models, and how state is managed across long-running tasks.

Glean is your AI coworker that gets the job done: triage your inbox to surface your highest priority tasks 📬 You know the feeling - you just got back from PTO and have no idea where to start or what needs your attention first. Hadassah Gleeson, PMP, on our customer references team, found herself in this exact situation, so she turned to Glean. In seconds, it surfaced the one thing that actually needed her first - a replacement speaker for an upcoming event. Glean found a candidate through the Customer References agent, drafted a personalized outreach email in her voice, and created a Gmail draft ready to send. Watch how she did it 👇 https://lnkd.in/dkHnZ-YB
