    Shrlock is celebrating its 1st birthday today 🎂 Here's what I learned in the past 365 days: 1️⃣ Don’t wait for “perfect” Launch the idea. Then listen and learn. The feedback loop is your roadmap. Rinse and repeat until you hear someone say: "This feels like it was built specifically for me." 2️⃣ Lean into being different. Give the right people a reason to pay attention. Building for everyone = losing your sense of direction Building for someone = laser-focused decisions 3️⃣ Your network is your networth Find, foster, and build community. Relationships don’t happen overnight. Start investing time in the people around you. —- P.S. We're not stopping here. There's a lot coming in year two that I can't wait to share.
