    Mike Gold, President of Redwire Space and Chester Crone, Director of Business Development at Moog Space and Defense, mark a major milestone with the signing of a contract for the sale of Redwire ELSA solar arrays for an undisclosed national security LEO mission. This program pairs Moog's robust METEOR bus with Redwire's compact ELSA wing to deliver a versatile and high-performance spacecraft on a reduced timeline. We are very excited to be working with Moog on this first ELSA program!

  • ⚡ Redwire teams have performed multiple and successful testing milestones for ELSA a New High-Performance, Low-Mass Solar Array, Building upon the Success of ROSA. This design allows ELSA to stack in a compact volume without the need for bulky stowage hardware.   • ⚡ Redwire has been awarded a $12.8 million contract to deliver ELSA wings to Moog Space and Defense, marking the first sale of ELSA, Redwire’s new high performance, low-mass space power solution. The ELSA wings will be integrated with Moog’s METEOR satellite bus in support of an undisclosed national security LEO mission. In addition, Redwire’s ELSA wings have been baselined by Moog as a standard component of METEOR. “ELSA brings together Redwire’s deep heritage and excellent solar array performance with a design optimized for volume production, enabling customers to field capable constellations faster and more efficiently.
