Financial fraud costs institutions billions of dollars each year, and traditional rule-based detection methods are struggling to keep up with increasingly sophisticated fraud patterns. In our latest blog, we explore how quantum machine learning is helping redefine fraud detection. Dr. Paul Griffin and his team at Singapore Management University demonstrated how our Dirac-3 quantum optimization machine and proprietary CVQBoost algorithm improved the accuracy of detecting true fraud events while reducing false positives compared to leading classical methods. The results highlight the growing potential for quantum optimization in fraud detection and beyond. Interested in learning more? Dr. Griffin from Singapore Management University and Wesley Dyk, Senior Quantum Solutions Architect at QCi will present this work at Q2B Tokyo on June 4 in their case study: “CVQBoosting for Improving Credit Card Transaction Fraud Detection.” Read the full blog to learn how quantum computing is advancing financial fraud detection: https://lnkd.in/ex-GtbnS #QuantumComputing #MachineLearning #FraudDetection #FinancialServices #QuantumAI #Optimization #FinTech #QCi
