Big news for Picogrid and our Partner Program: we’re now FedRAMP High authorized. The authorization clears Picogrid Legion for deployment across the federal government in any environment requiring the highest standards of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This is a new benefit for the Picogrid Partner Program, our growing ecosystem of more than 75 third-party vendors supplying best-in-class drones, sensors, software, and robotics systems. Federal agencies can now leverage Legion's FedRAMP High baseline to onboard Partner hardware and software with significantly less friction. Big day for Picogrid and Lawton, Oklahoma. Alongside Congressman Tom Cole and President Shane Hunt, my co-founders Dan Chirita and Zane Mountcastle launched Cameron University’s new four-year engineering program and a $500,000 apprenticeship and research initiative with Picogrid. It is the largest corporate research program ever established at the university. As we expand from El Segundo to Lawton, this collaboration helps build the engineering talent and manufacturing base needed to meet Picogrid's growing mission demand. We are proud to help build that pipeline here in Oklahoma and contribute to the revitalization of U.S. manufacturing. Today, Picogrid announced a $9.3M contract with the United States Air Force to defend military airfields against physical intrusions. The Air Force is deploying Legion, our open integration platform that acts as a universal translator for base defense. It fuses data from previously incompatible sensors—regardless of vendor—into a single, real-time picture. This serves as a force multiplier for Security Forces. By automating alerts across fragmented systems, Legion allows Airmen to coordinate responses instantly rather than monitoring a wall of unconnected screens. This award transitions our software immediately into long-term operational use at select installations. It was awarded under sole-source authority through SBIR Phase III, stemming from Picogrid's earlier work supported by AFWERX. Echodyne delivered highly precise detection and tracking data during the recent 1st Cavalry Division, U.S. Army C-UAS training exercise in Fort Irwin, California and provided persistent surveillance of threats, enhanced layered protection, early warning and survivability to the service members in training.    “Ensuring we give the warfighter the most precise radar data possible and equipping them with this data quickly is critical.  We were proud to support the data fusion and sensor integration work at NTC to enhance dynamic targeting, layered defense and operational flexibility,” said Jeff Phillips, VP US Gov’t Solutions (DoW/IC & Civ).
