Next Generation Command and Control depends on speed — not just of systems, but of learning. During Lightning Surge 1, soldiers and engineers worked side by side to adapt mission command capabilities in real time. Big week for our team in Hawaii. We wrapped Lightning Surge 1, the first in a series of live exercises with the US Army that puts our NGC2 work to the test with the 25th Infantry Division and U.S. Army Hawai'i. We’re delivering the mission command interface that brings critical information together so warfighters can see the fight and act faster. We’re on-island with the unit, iterating daily as new capability gets layered in, closing the loop between soldier feedback and working software in days, not months. This is hands-on, soldier-informed work in an environment where distance and contested comms are baseline reality. Big shout to the Lockheed Martin and Raft teams we’ve been building alongside. Tight coordination, fast decisions, and no daylight between the teams. Lightning Surge 2 is next month.
