Integrations are no longer optional. The smartest consulting firms know it. The rest will catch up. Grateful to be partnering with some of the most forward-thinking teams in the world to make it happen. https://lnkd.in/gc__rz5x

I had a mentor once tell me "any manager worth their salt should measure themselves by how many people they get promoted" and that has served me extremely well. If you've been in the SaaS game for a while, you know every company *claims* to have a clear promotion path from SDR to other areas of the business, but very few actually deliver. Merge is the opposite. We're promoting SDRs into AE, Marketing, Partnerships, and more...and we're doing it often (like almost every quarter) because we're kicking ass. If you're a high-performing SDR who has a clear vision for their future, message me and tell me about it because I'd be happy to help!

AI leaders often tell us three things: 1. Connecting agents to MCP servers is overwhelming their engineering teams 2. Agent-driven actions are creating major security risks 3. Prioritizing certain agentic integrations over others is really tough Given how little guidance exists on building secure, scalable agentic integrations, we surveyed hundreds of companies to understand what’s actually working. Here’s what we learned: https://hubs.li/Q043s3Tc0

I used to work in the industrials investment banking group at Credit Suisse, and almost every night we would talk about Jeff Immelt and GE. There was a pod specifically dedicated to GE, and at dinner, the analysts and associates would gossip about what the GE pod was doing, and what GE and Jeff were probably up to. So last night was a dream. Gil Feig and I hosted a founder dinner with Jeff and our friends at Modern Treasury, Poggio, Evisort, Rillet, HeyGen, Pylon, Swantide, BRM, Dock, Orby AI - A Uniphore Company, and CrewAI, and it was a blast. Jeff had the best stories, and gave a ton of advice about leading and how AI companies should be thinking about selling to industrials companies. Thank you, Jeff!!!!

The iconic Michael B. Tannenbaum came by the Merge NYC office yesterday for an off the record fireside chat, and the team was obsessed!! SF out of home advertising has never been the same since your famous Brex campaign in 2018. Thanks for coming by the office and sharing your learnings and wisdom from SoFi, Brex and Figure.
