    We're thankful for the resilience of our employees, partners, and neighbors, and our thoughts remain with all those affected by the recent tornado in Wisconsin.

    Last week's tornado had a significant impact across Northeast Wisconsin. Earlier this week, I toured the WOW Logistics warehouse in Menasha with CEO Steven M Gundlach and saw firsthand the devastation left behind by the storm. While Mativ's facilities were fortunate to avoid any damage and remain fully operational, many businesses and families across the community were not as lucky. Our thoughts remain with everyone continuing to recover and rebuild. Seeing the destruction firsthand reinforced something equally powerful: storms can damage buildings and infrastructure, but they cannot take away the strength, resilience, and care that communities show one another.

Our Valence, France site recently brought employees together for a dedicated Safety Day, featuring workshops on key safety topics at the plant. The sessions created space for open discussion, reinforced protocols, and highlighted the importance of looking out for one another in daily operations. A big thank you to GRAPHITO PREVENTION and their team for leading an engagning workshop.
