The visit gave me an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and thank the remarkable team that continues to deliver strong results despite challenging circumstances. I was also honoured to receive a Certificate of Honour from the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine in recognition of CRH's contribution to strengthening the country’s business environment. This recognition goes first and foremost to our teams in Ukraine. It belongs to all those who have worked tirelessly to keep our operations running, support our communities, and demonstrate what responsible business leadership looks like in practice. To everyone across CRH in Ukraine, thank you for the privilege of working alongside you. The partnerships we built, the challenges we overcame, and the achievements we celebrated together will stay with me wherever I go.

I’m proud that our technologists see themselves as business leaders first, bringing technology, data and AI to some extraordinarily consequential work: helping a 160-year-old company operate better, serve customers differently and nourish the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way. And I’m especially proud of how we’re doing it. We’re building more capability inside Cargill, putting deep business expertise alongside great technology talent, and keeping people at the center of the transformation. I want to take a moment to reflect on the magnitude of what we have achieved together. Over the past 30 months, this team across Digital Technology, Finance, Sourcing, Legal, HR and many more has navigated a transition of unprecedented scale. While the world around us saw the launch of the James Webb Telescope, two Super Bowls, the historic rise of AI, two Olympic Games, and the World Cup—we were here, quietly and decisively, building the infrastructure of our future. The data below tells only a fraction of the story, but it serves as a powerful testament to your persistence, technical excellence, and unwavering commitment: Delivered almost 300 post-Day 1 separation projects. Finalized the exit of almost 300 total DT Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and Reverse Transition Service Agreements (rTSA). Completed transitions of approximately 1,300 applications via cloning, conveyance, and final system exit. Successfully transitioned 200+ enterprise sites. Migrated +2K servers and over 130K PCs to the GE Vernova environment. This separation was not merely a technology exercise. It was a test of organizational resilience, cross-functional partnership, and shared purpose. Every TSA negotiated, every application migrated, every item resolved represents the dedication of real people who chose to show up, solve complex problems, and deliver for one another. This work has set the foundation for GE Vernova’s future. It has been a privilege to witness this level of collaboration. Thank you all of you out there , no matter if you are in GE Vernova, in GE Aerospace or elsewhere, for your extraordinary efforts in driving this program to the finish line. #GEVERNOVA #THEENERGYOFCHANGE

Suresh Rangarajan liked thisSuresh Rangarajan liked thisI hardly ever get to write posts like this but seriously I'm proud of what we did as team during Agent Conf | September 17-18, 2026. Many years ago when I started my time in the event industry I got a golden advice from someone. The advice was "don't run". At events obviously... Cause when you're running, it often means something surprised you. Or something went wrong. You did not asses all the risks and / or did not have a backup plan and gotta improvise. Sometimes you're really running, sometimes you're doing that metaphorically. You didn't brief the team well enough and you get flooded with questions in the most inconvenient moment. Or you forgot about something and need to panically start making too many calls just to save it. When you're running during the event you give an impression to people around you that something might be wrong. Project like a conference takes a few months of preparation and just 2 days of real exectution. If something goes wrong in those 2 days it can sometimes make you feel like you messed up a few months of your work. And there's so many elements that can get messed up: bad timing, bad dj, horrible food, crap designs, weak agenda, flights cancelled. Too hot in the venue. Too cold in the venue. This can go forever. None of that was the case at Agent Conf 2026. It's never been smoother in execution and closer to perfect where so many elements worked well together. The event was beautiful. There was no running. Everyone knew what to do and there was very little space for surprises. I'm feeling very greatful for that. We really did a great conference. Look at these legends below.
