Inder M. Singh, our COO and CFO, spoke this week at J.P. Morgan's 2026 Global Technology, Media and Communications Conference in Boston about IonQ’s semiconductor approach to scaling trapped ion quantum computers: “We feel confident that we are executing the roadmap… As we have turned our eye to the 10,000 qubit system, we've not taken our eye off 256 qubit system. It's around multiplexing, something that the semiconductor industry knows how to do very well. It's leveraging a CMOS environment to actually scale from 256 qubits up to 10,000. This is a very proven path over decades. We're following that path.” Watch the full presentation: https://bit.ly/4uXBOQP #JPMTMC Pictured: Inder Singh in conversation with Harlan Sur and Mayur Ramdhani, CFA, Semiconductor Equity Research at J.P. “We now have over 350 customers around the world using either our computing devices, our quantum security devices, or our quantum networking devices,” Inder M. Singh, our COO and CFO, shared at this week’s Needham 2026 Technology, Media, & Consumer Conference in NYC. “We reported this quarter that more than a third of sales—35% of revenues—now are multi-product customers… which speaks to the power of the platform and the strategy our CEO put in place.” Watch the full presentation: https://lnkd.in/e6ADTVHW Pictured: Inder Singh in conversation with Quinn Bolton, CFA, Managing Director of Equity Research at Needham & Company.

Quantum is now! Today we opened our new R&D lab in Boulder, and the Colorado quantum community came out to celebrate with us. The 22,000 square foot facility will house state-of-the-art Quantum Computing R&D and semiconductor chip testing facilities that will be used to develop and refine technologies central to future generations of our leading quantum computing systems. Boulder is rich with tech talent and quantum innovation, and today would not have been possible without the support of Colorado Governor Jared Polis, Boulder Mayor Aaron Brockett and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. And a special thanks to our guests who joined us on stage to celebrate this milestone: Dr. Justin Schwartz, Chancellor, CU Boulder; Erin Kuhn, Consul with the UK Government Office in Denver; and Jessi Olsen, CEO of Elevate Quantum. “IonQ is delivering, today, on the promise of using our advanced quantum technologies to solve the world’s most complex problems, aiding communities and businesses in everything from improving lives with faster pharmaceutical development, to enhancing reliability of infrastructure and optimizing manufacturing processes. We’re deeply appreciative of the support Colorado has demonstrated in helping bring our new R&D labs here, and excited to tap into its highly skilled workforce as we continue to grow.” - IonQ Chairman and CEO Niccolo De Masi Read our full announcement: https://lnkd.in/ecUaj5jD Pictured (left to right): IonQ Chairman and CEO Niccolo de Masi; Dr. Chris Ballance, President of Quantum Computing; Boulder Mayor Aaron Brockett; and Colorado Governor Jared Polis.

Congratulations to our collaborators at Harvard University on this meaningful development!

Want to highlight a remarkable result from our collaborators in Marko Loncar's group at Harvard: https://lnkd.in/eKx-9Y6Z Leveraging the same color center quantum memories we use for enhanced coupling to optical photons at IonQ, Marko's team demonstrated enhanced coupling to mechanical phonons - tiny vibrations in the diamond lattice. Our ability to harness mechanical vibrations for information processing underpins virtually all modern telecommunications devices. The ability to interface these vibrations at the quantum level to the most advanced quantum memory platform opens exciting new possibilities in quantum sensing, communications, and transduction. This has been a longstanding goal in the field of quantum information processing. Huge congratulations to the full team who poured years into this demonstration! Congratulations to our partner Haiqu on this week's launch, built on IonQ hardware. “We are excited to have Haiqu’s Agentic Operating System integrated with IonQ’s quantum platform. For customers, this creates a more capable path from application idea to optimized execution on real quantum hardware, especially for workloads where IonQ’s qubit connectivity and coherence are especially valuable. It is an important step toward commercially relevant quantum applications in optimization, quantum machine learning, and scientific simulation. Haiqu’s early results already include record-scale quantum computational fluid dynamics and QML-based financial applications.” - Richard Givhan, CEO, Haiqu With the fault-tolerant era of quantum computing fast approaching, great software will be essential to running sophisticated applications and gaining quantum advantage. Join us on the quantum journey.

Most quantum R&D teams aren't limited by the hardware. They're limited by the software between them and the hardware. What if your R&D team could identify the right problem faster? Design executable experiments without weeks of setup? Run them efficiently on real quantum hardware  and actually get usable results? That's exactly what we built. The first 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺 𝗥&𝗗 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 is now available for enterprises and academic labs. After successful beta-testing with our industrial partners, 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗢𝗦 is ready for teams who want better results, faster iteration, quicker application development and more output per budget. Our OS combines quantum research agents with Haiqu's proprietary software stack so teams can go from early idea to testable prototype without the usual friction. Orders of magnitude less money per experiment. Faster researcher onboarding. Real performance standards for quantum R&D — not theoretical ones. From the very beginning, our role in the quantum ecosystem has been clear to us. We are the toolmakers for a new creative frontier. And the tools are ready. 💡 Read the full press release here: https://lnkd.in/dFNb7-Ur 👉 Contact our team to learn more: https://lnkd.in/dNvrtSdj Richard Givhan Mykola Maksymenko
