Great to hear Konstantine Buhler on Bloomberg discussing Harvey and the results of our study with RSGI, including this line: “Lawyers would rather give up their coffee than their Harvey license.” The work continues, but the signal is clear. Legal teams around the world are seeing real value as Harvey scales globally. Watch the full video: https://lnkd.in/gYD94UR9

Impact grows when tools are integrated where work actually happens. Carvana embedded Harvey directly into Microsoft Word and cut drafting time by 80%. Their team is able to manage Playbooks, redlines, and precision edits without switching tools or breaking flow. That’s how adoption scales and results compound. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gr5JDwT3

The mid-sized firms seeing the biggest returns from AI aren’t just experimenting with new tools. They’re changing how legal work gets done, as Jeffrey Webb, VP of Commercial Sales at Harvey, explores in this article. Specialty firms are implementing Harvey into daily workflows, helping them improve quality, speed, and deliver clearer value to clients. In practice, that shows up as: - AI embedded into daily drafting, review, and preparation across the firm - Firms taking on complex, document-heavy matters with greater flexibility and confidence - Associates contributing to strategy and judgment earlier, not stuck in rote work Read the full article to see how boutique firms like Lightfoot, Franklin & White, Moses Singer, Lynn Pinker Hurst & Schwegmann, B. Cremades y Asociados, and LEKTOU | 力圖 are making it happen: https://lnkd.in/gGaPWwBz

An honor to be part of the Harvey launch at HSBC with Bob Hoyt and his incredible team. “The momentum is real and the ambition is clear.”
A week focused on setting the next phase of our transformation. Following last week’s partnership announcement with Harvey, our emphasis has been on harnessing AI to fundamentally change how we operate and deliver value at scale. Hosting a fireside chat with Winston Weinberg, CEO and co-founder of Harvey, reinforced both the opportunity ahead and the pace at which we intend to move. We’ve also been engaging with leadership teams across our functions, sharpening our collective focus on how we can collaborate to work smarter and faster, being clear-eyed about where we must do more, do better, do differently, and do less. The momentum is real and the ambition is clear. To translate technological capability into meaningful outcomes for the businesses we support and the customers we serve. HSBC

When OpenAI released Deep Research, we integrated it into Harvey in under 12 hours. That speed is engineered, not accidental. Harvey is built with modular systems and extensible workflows, so new capabilities snap into place without rebuilding the foundation. Pair that with a team optimized for rapid iteration and a bias toward shipping, and momentum compounds. Innovation isn’t slowing down. The question is whether your organization is built to move with it. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gATUr7T4

Harvey reposted this
Had to repost this. If you’re afraid of (or opposed to) AI, I’m sorry… this is every sane transactional real estate attorney’s dream come true. I can see how powerful this is not only for M&A due diligence, but for real estate diligence more broadly. I can’t count the hours “little me” spent late in the office reviewing agreements one by one, hunting for the usual suspects in portfolio transactions: change of control, assignment, ROFR/ROFO, restrictive covenants… you name it. I might not be in a law firm, but this is pure gold for owners and investors who want more speed and confidence in their deals, too. (I mean… would you rather rely on a DD report powered by AI, or by a junior associate running on bad coffee and pure anxiety? Ideally: BOTH 😂) Harvey, keep it coming.
In the latest Harvey In Practice, we show how M&A lawyers use Harvey to quickly extract key terms from data rooms, generate red-flag diligence memos, and refine language directly in Word using deal-specific context. Watch Philippe (Phil) Seiler walk through how to save time on end to end due-diligence. Explore additional M&A use cases on our blog. https://lnkd.in/euf2hZ88

AI is changing legal work in practice: not in theory. Dr. Pierre G. Zickert, Counsel and Head of Legal Technology at Hengeler Mueller, shares how his firm is seeing real progress with Harvey across Corporate and M&A, Dispute Resolution, and Investigations. From faster due diligence to sharper draft review and reliable case summaries, teams are spending less time on routine work and more time on high-impact analysis. Pierre’s advice: Don’t overthink it. Momentum matters more than perfection. Read the full conversation here: https://lnkd.in/gNYh5ccE

The future of legal change isn’t top-down. It’s powered from within. In this guest post, Reena SenGupta, Executive Director of RSGI, explores the rise of Harvey power users as the new change agents inside law firms. Drawing on data from Harvey customers, she shows how these users aren’t just saving time, they’re fundamentally changing how legal work gets done. As teams move up the Harvey Fluency Curve, impact compounds: power users save nearly twice as much time as standard users and create flywheel effects across their practices. Read how AI-fluent lawyers across seniority levels are leading the next generation of legal transformation: https://lnkd.in/geNiPiKJ
