Have you seen CodeMender secure applications? 💻 CodeMender is part of our launch of Google AI Threat Defense, an automated security platform designed to help you continuously monitor for and stop AI-powered threats before they can impact your business. The demo shows CodeMender scanning a local code repository, powered by an advanced AI security coding agent. The agent identifies potential vulnerabilities, builds Proof-of-Concepts to validate them, and then proposes effective code fixes presented as clear, reviewable diffs. This showcases how developers can easily secure their applications using CodeMender's command-line interface. Check out the CodeMender demo and learn more about AI Threat Defense in our blog post ➔ https://goo.gle/4wWLixj

Google AI Threat Defense fuses the reasoning power of Gemini and other frontier models, the contextual risk prioritization of Wiz, the code remediation capabilities of Gemini and CodeMender, and the frontline expertise of Mandiant (part of Google Cloud). Check out the Wiz details and demo in their blog post ⬇️
🧠 NEW ERA: AI Threat Defense! As AI speed changes how vulnerabilities are found and exploited, organizations must prepare for a new risk dynamic. In our latest blog by Raaz Herzberg, we show you how Wiz helps you do just that at each stage of our AI Threat Readiness framework: 1) Reduce exposure and exploitable risk with Wiz ASM + the Red Agent 2) Accelerate remediation with the Green Agent and Wiz Workflows 3) Analyze code with Wiz AI SAST, CodeMender or your preferred coding agent 4) Detect threats with Wiz Defend and investigate faster with the Blue Agent We are also in the Google ecosystem: We're teaming up with the Google Cloud Security team to add AI and Mandiant (part of Google Cloud) expertise to help you accelerate operationalization. Google Cloud Security reposted this
Today we released the Wiz SDLC Security 2026 Report. The core takeaway: For application security, we need to shift our focus from tracking individual software vulnerabilities to managing systemic infrastructure risk. In a modern software development lifecycle, risk multiplies through inherited permissions, automated pipelines, and concentrated code reuse. Because many enterprises build on the same core open-source foundations, a single vulnerability can automatically replicate across thousands of environments. In an AI-driven pipeline, this compounding effect accelerates. Architectural flaws can duplicate and ship faster than traditional security guardrails can catch them. Security is an accelerator, but only if it's built in and not bolted on. To safely deploy agentic AI platforms and scale complex systems, automated guardrails must be embedded directly into the developer workflow. Read the full breakdown here: https://lnkd.in/ep7tHHuK

We're exactly 1 week away from the Google Cloud & TENEX.AI Agentic SOC Workshop! On June 2, we're bringing the cybersecurity community together in Kansas City for an interactive session focused on practical ways to modernize security operations with AI. This is a hands-on session built for teams looking to improve detection, reduce alert fatigue, and respond to threats more efficiently without simply scaling headcount. During the workshop, we’ll cover: 🤖 AI-driven approaches to modern SOC operations 📊 Strategies to streamline triage and improve analyst efficiency ⚡ Practical ways to operationalize AI in security workflows 🚩 A live Capture the Flag challenge to put concepts into action (with prizes for top performers) Whether you’re leading the SOC, deep in detections and response, or just trying to keep up with the pace of modern threats, this workshop is a chance to connect with others in the cybersecurity community facing the same challenges and walk away with practical ideas you can actually use. 📍 The Historic J. Rieger & Co. Whiskey Distillery | Kansas City 🗓 June 2 | 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM 🍴 Lunch + happy hour included Seats are limited. Register here: https://goo.gle/3PPE8u2

🤖 AI in healthcare and life sciences is no longer just a theoretical concept—it’s actively identifying drug targets and assisting in radiological diagnoses. But how can we prove it works safely and consistently? We’ve put together a 6-tier Risk-Autonomy Scale for GxP systems, mapping model complexity to the Google Cloud technical enablers that support continuous, risk-based verification. 📄 Swipe through the framework and visit the blog for the full breakdown: https://goo.gle/4dxCJBz
