We Are Elements. We are the pioneers of Embedded Talent Consultancy. We built the embedded model around our very first partners: Spotify and Atlassian. We knew that the traditional, transactional dynamic served neither party well. So we created something entirely different. Focusing on the transformative impact of effective collaboration, we work alongside our partners as trusted consultants. Advising from the inside, our people go deeper, inspiring truly meaningful change. The success of our approach has meant that we’ve grown quickly. Over the last 10 years, we’ve worked with brands like Deliveroo, Apple, Booking.com, IKEA and King. For each partner, we’ve built a bespoke team of embedded consultants, capable of advising right across their talent and people functions. Today, Elements is present worldwide, with offices in New York, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Melbourne, Singapore and Stockholm, as well as London.
