Congratulations to Gary Thomas at Comfort Systems USA, Southeast for being recognized as the Top Apprentice in the Southeast Region HVAC Apprenticeship Program – HVAC Level 2 class! 👏 Selected almost unanimously by his classmates, Gary stood out for his leadership, work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude throughout the program. This marks the second time he has earned this recognition, after also being named Top Apprentice during HVAC Level 1 at ADTC: Solutions For Skilled Trades. His classmates described him as someone who is always engaged, eager to ask questions, quick to volunteer during hands-on training, and always willing to help others succeed. Well deserved, Gary — congratulations on this outstanding achievement! 🎉 #ComfortSystemsUSA #HVAC #Apprenticeship #Leadership #SkilledTrades #WorkforceDevelopment #HVACTraining

We're proud to recognize the next generation of HVAC professionals across the Comfort Systems USA family! The Southeast Region’s Level 2 HVAC Apprentices recently spent the week in Knoxville for their second hands-on training session after months of weekly virtual classes since January. Their training focused on refrigerants and oils, indoor air quality, air quality equipment, and strengthening their brazing skills, building the expertise that keeps our industry moving forward. Representing Comfort Systems USA Shoffner, Comfort Systems USA Southeast, and Ivey Mechanical Company these apprentices are investing in the future of skilled trades. The week also wrapped up with some friendly competition at the bowling alley! At Comfort Systems USA, we’re proud to support training, mentorship, and career development that strengthen our workforce and our industry.
