Her work has transformed how leaders, law enforcement, and military personnel interpret the world around them. Using art as the lens, Amy challenged our team to pause and pay close attention to the details often overlooked. Real project momentum comes from resolving complexity before the field ever sees it. This modular central utility plant was delivered as a fully integrated solution, bringing together chillers, boilers, air compressors, piping, ductwork, electrical systems, and controls into one coordinated design-build effort. Close collaboration between engineering, fabrication, and field teams created real-time alignment throughout the project, reducing RFIs, streamlining decisions, and supporting early turnover on an accelerated schedule. EAS modular solutions are custom-designed with scalability in mind. This CUP expansion was engineered for a parenteral manufacturing facility, where system performance and continuity are critical. The expansion increased utility capacity with the addition of: - 2 new chillers, bringing the total to (6) 1,000-ton chillers - 2 new cooling towers, bringing the total to (6) 1,000-ton towers - 1 new steam boiler, bringing the total to (5) 400 bhp boilers - 3 new oil-free air compressors, bringing the total to (6) 900 cfm compressors - New electrical room with added 4000A main-tie-main switchgear Our total solution approach kept the project team closely aligned throughout the build, reducing rework and maintaining project momentum. Added capacity, delivered without compromising existing system performance.
