Attend Potions Class

Head to the Potions classroom and begin the quest, being introduced formally to Professor Sharp. The first challenge is to brew a Wiggenweld Potion.

Brewing Wiggenweld

First, follow the on-screen instructions to crush up your ingredients for the potion. Then add a pinch of Dittany with the button prompt, and the subsequent drops of Horklump Juice. Similar to the grinding, stir the cauldron, and the potion will be complete.

Brewing Edurus

Professor Sharp will congratulate you, and talk about the Edurus Potion you picked up the recipe for in Hogsmeade. He tells you to collect the following ingredients, both of which can be found in his office:

• Ashwinder Eggs
• Dark Mongrel Fur

As you approach his office in the classroom, Garreth Weasley will interrupt you. He proposes that you take the opportunity to steal an additional ingredient, a Fwooper feather, for his own brew. If you choose to help Garreth, collect the feather and deliver it to him. With the other ingredients collected, head to your Potions Station in the classroom and begin brewing.

Select Edurus and wait for the timer to hit 0. Garreth’s potion will explode in the meantime. After the timer on your Edurus Potion hits 0, collect it and then speak to Professor Sharp. If you help Garreth, he will chastise you, but owning up to it will cause him to let you off the hook.

After he congratulates you on your brewing efforts, the quest will conclude.
