What I love about vector images is how even the tiniest details remain crystal clear when you scale them up. I built this demo using elements from a single vector pack created by #Macrovector on Freepik. Having access to high-quality, easy-to-use graphics meant I could focus on the instructional elements and the scoring mechanic. The 'wronger' your answer, the quicker your oxygen will deplete. A few highlights that really stayed with me: Michael Hanly’s SYNAPSE Model is a framework that challenges us to think beyond content and towards ecosystems that truly perform. @Herman Martinus had me rethinking what’s visible vs. what’s hidden with The Dark Forest and Iceberg. Such a powerful reminder that so much of what drives performance lives beneath the surface. And Maryam Young’s talk on integrating Talent, Development and Performance as one cohesive team was exactly the kind of systems thinking our industry needs more of. Watching Ziyanda Mahlangu engage with the content and the conversations reminded me why investing in people is always worth it. 🙌 Days like this recharge the purpose behind the work. Already thinking about how to bring some of these ideas to life in my space.
