Learning Indaba 2026! 🌱 Grateful to New Leaf Technologies for hosting such a thought provoking event, and to all the speakers who brought incredible energy and insight. A few highlights that really stayed with me: Michael Hanly’s SYNAPSE Model is a framework that challenges us to think beyond content and towards ecosystems that truly perform. @Herman Martinus had me rethinking what’s visible vs. what’s hidden with The Dark Forest and Iceberg. Such a powerful reminder that so much of what drives performance lives beneath the surface. And Maryam Young’s talk on integrating Talent, Development and Performance as one cohesive team was exactly the kind of systems thinking our industry needs more of. Watching Ziyanda Mahlangu engage with the content and the conversations reminded me why investing in people is always worth it. 🙌 Days like this recharge the purpose behind the work. Already thinking about how to bring some of these ideas to life in my space.
