Here are some things to make sure your Prime Day strategy is set up for success: 1. Structure your discounts with a purpose Blanket discounts across your catalogue won't cut it. Segment your ASINs into best-sellers, overstock, and discontinued SKUs and apply different discount depths to each. Best-sellers drive volume, overstock and discontinued are your clearance opportunity. Get the balance right and you're driving topline growth and clearing inventory at the same time. 2. Front-load your budget 75% of spend focused on the week before and during Prime Week. The pre-Prime demand surge is real and most brands miss it by planning their budget too late. Get your pacing sorted before you need it. 3. Don't leave unadvertised SKUs on the table Prime Day is one of the biggest traffic moments of the year on Amazon. OMR brings together a huge cross-section of the European marketing and eCommerce world, and the conversations this year reflected just how much is shifting. 90,000 people, a lot of ground covered. AI in Amazon advertising is moving from theory to practice. The questions have gotten sharper. Brands and agencies want to know how it actually works operationally, not just what's possible. Every European market is at a different stage, but AI adoption is the common thread accelerating the whole space, from how campaigns are planned to how performance is evaluated. The gap between teams exploring and teams executing is real. The ones building the right foundations now are pulling ahead. Spoke on the masterclass stage about exactly this: how human expertise and AI work together to drive better Amazon advertising outcomes. If your attribution model can't hold up in a board conversation, it's not strong enough. Many attribution conversations still revolve around one question: ❓Which channel gets credit for the deal? This framing works in short, transactional sales cycles, but breaks down in B2B. ↳ B2B buying journeys are long and rarely linear. ↳ Multiple stakeholders are involved. ↳ Sales conversations move opportunities forward. ↳ Marketing touches accounts for months before revenue shows up. When attribution is built around ownership, it creates tension: ❌ Marketing fights for recognition ❌ Sales defends the close ❌ Leadership sees conflicting stories A more productive question is: ✅ How did our efforts influence the accounts we set out to win? Influence-based reporting clarifies contribution. And clarity builds trust between sales, marketing, and leadership.

Most B2B SaaS teams treat the demo form like a contact form: collect the basics, get the lead in front of an SDR fast, qualify later. The 2025 RevenueHero Inbound Conversion Benchmark suggests the opposite play. Across 1M+ form fills, the top decile of B2B SaaS teams disqualifies 37.7% of demo requests at the form. The median disqualifies 18.7%. The top performers DQ more than 2x what the median does. The same top performers also convert at higher rates downstream. The trade-off operators worry about, that stricter forms leak pipeline, doesn't show up in the data. Selectivity at the form correlates directly with conversion.
